I don't usually like to go to big chains these days... But I had a hankering for fajitas and sw egg rolls! The menu was like an advertisement on crack haha, but the food was really tasty. Fajitas came out sizzlin' (tho on the fixins plate, I thought they used to serve a dollop of guac too- didn't get any this time), and we got the trio sampler which was tasty. All in all I'm glad I went for taste& nostalgia, but not my cup of tea for ambiance at all. (Also I'm sure it's so unhealthy) It was almost $20 per person

Took the family out to eat since the menu has a decent variety of foods and it’s always easy for everyone to find something they’ll eat. We put in our food order and got the kids food first per request, they seemed to enjoy the food and their orders were correct. I ordered a triple dipper as my entree and when our food came out my order wasn’t quite right, I brought it up to our server and she apologized, I told her it wasn’t a huge deal but she insisted she’d have the manager visit our table just to check on things as we were finishing up. The food was good and as we were finishing up the manager came and spoke to us. She greeted us with a terrible attitude and kept insinuating that I was just complaining to try and get something for free despite explaining to the server and her that it wasn’t a big deal and that I understood mistakes happen. At that point i asked for her name and told her I was going to make a complaint with her gm and corporate due to her attitude and how she was treating me infront of my family over basically nothing. After refusing to give me her name initially she finally said her name was Erica and basically told me go ahead and complain to whoever, said the gm will have her back because they know what it’s like to have customers complain trying to get stuff for free. I’ve been to this location countless times in the past for lunch and dinner and have never had anything like this happen. 2 stars because the food was at least good once my order was corrected.

I didn’t enjoy the food here at all. Most of the dishes were too oily, and the flavors didn’t appeal to me. The prices are also quite pricy compared to other restaurants of the same type, which makes it even less worthwhile. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is the main reason I won’t be returning. On the positive side, the service is very nice — the staff are friendly, attentive, and polite, which was the only reason I found anything to like about this place. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Visited 3 Chili's on a long 2 week road trip. This was the weakest. Waiter was overwhelmed. Food was subpar. Bathroom needed attention. Would have spoken to manager if there was one to be found. I was hungry and needed to get back on the road.
