Wow.... just wow... Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. Grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Dirty dishes all over the back. Food didn't even look that good. Beans were dried out in the pot. Out of guacamole and a few other things. Staff looked lost. Didn't know if they had chips even. A little scared to even eat the burrito I ordered. Didn't even ask if I wanted a drink.

I ordered online when i got there for pickup, it wasn't ready but looked like the employee that works the online order was not happy, soo rude and looked annoyed preparing our orders. Not sure if you are having a bad day, you don’t just go throwing the orders on the shelves, we are not animals and we did pay for the food and services.

Passing through Georgia on our way back to Florida. Wanted to quickly stop by and grab a bowl. There were about 5 people working there and only one person attending to customers & ringing people up. Same gloves for every transaction. There were then 3 other people behind me and absolutely no sense of urgency. Not sure where the supervisor was but this store is badly ran. I do not recommend this place if you are just passing by. The other workers could of quickly washed their hands & helped the gentleman out until the line went down.

It is the dirtiest Chipotle I had ever been to. trash overflow, soda stains on the floor, condiment table looked like a wild bear went through it, food counter looks like it hasn't been wiped all day. This isn't the Chipotle I know from Texas or even California. Looks like the employees do not want to work. lazy.

Now they only take on-line orders. You cannot order in the store. They are grossly understaffed. It's time for Chipotle to shut down their locations.

Meat is never fully cooked or they give you all the fatty chewy pieces. Honestly everytime I want to give it a chance, it always happens. EVERY BITE. Sometimes food is cold. All around the WORST chipotle around. Needs new management, new cooks, and people that actually give a ****. The place is always a mess, food all over the floor and tables and counter where they prep your food. Trash everywhere! You'll probably cringe at the thought of eating inside. Absolutely terrible service, I placed an order online for pick up at 10:50 and the doors were not even open till 11:00 the sign says they open at 10:45. Three people tried to open the door and they still never came and unlocked the door, my pick up order was all wrong and now I can’t get anyone on the phone to fix my order! This chipotle is a joke!!!
