This place is disgusting, it's dirty, the bathroom, not to mention that's disgusting, I don't recommend it, they have to see how the tables are, but the floor is the worst, it lacks staff, no cup or not that you give me the food

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I had previously spoken with a manager who agreed to replace my bowl, so I came into the store to have it corrected.
When I arrived, the current manager on duty, Lily, immediately began arguing with me in front of other customers. She said the manager I spoke with on the phone was new and “didn’t know what she was talking about,” instead of handling the situation professionally or respectfully.
Her tone was rude and dismissive, and the entire interaction made me feel embarrassed and not valued as a customer at all. This situation could have been resolved easily, but the lack of professionalism made it unnecessarily uncomfortable.
Customer service and leadership matter, and unfortunately this experience fell far short of what I expect from Chipotle.

Bathrooms are very neglected (dirty pee on seat and floor I think) and they don't keep toilet paper or paper towels in stock and when I let them know they were bussy so I waited more than 5 minutes and decided to go in the men's that was low on toilet paper and out of paper towels (also very dirty)
It looks like it is up to the cashier but he couldn't catch a break so he couldn't restock.
Management should have someone else responsible for restocking the bathroom when they are bussy, maybe the online order food line worker since they are close to the front for good communication.
The food was as good as any other locations, more generous than others in fact (at least compared to the locations in MD)

Stay away from this chipotle location. It is disgustingly dirty in the dining area - drinks have run out, no napkins, trash bins overflowing, dirty seats and floor. Employees are clearly undertrained and unprepared, then have an attitude to boot. Not all food items were available. Rice was under cooked, lettuce was slimy and rotting. Toilet is out of all supplies and could not have been cleaned in many days, stains look permanent. I have never been to a restaurant, any restaurant this disgusting - failing in all areas. I am sure my comment, like others here, will be answered by a canned chipotle response to visit their contact us page. Sorry to see Chipotle decline like this.

Doesn't give appearance of clean. I should have walked out but figured I'd try. Server didn't speak above a whisper. Within an hour of eating I was in the bathroom.

This location is always out of something…like morning prep isn’t a thing. And it’s 50/50 whether they are only taking online orders. Whoever is running this show….needs to go. I hope corporate reads this…this location could be great…right off the highway…mall…Sams Club…and yet…it barely functions. Get it together Chipotle.

I have been to a myriad of chipotles throughout my life but not once have I ever been disgusted like this. Whoever the older gentlemen was, showed an extreme level of disrespect to the customers but also to his coworkers. Someone should check if he’s doing a line❄️in between customers cause that man was DOING A LOT and nothing all at once. He showed us a level of disrespect that left other customers laughing at us. My brother has an impairment that makes reading the menu difficult, I was simply helping him through his order when the gentleman interrupted to say “what are you on a date, let him talk. He hasn’t said a single word”. I’m sorry I’m not a local, is incest normal? This gentlemen along with some other customers then started laughing at my brother, causing us to be flustered. That alone was a lot. But let’s get into the hygiene here, the same dude would brush his sweat with his hand and then use the same hand to handle the food. Even one time some food fell out of the serving container onto the counter and he flicked it back in. Also not a single hair net in sight, you can’t say those are unnecessary cause there’s a HIGH chance that at least some hair was shed with how loose everyone had their hair. There was also a level of disrespect towards his coworkers too. A nice young lady was serving us as well and he took the spoon from her in the middle of her putting together our order to serve someone else. The entire time he had his sweaty arms, I kid you not, like an INCH away from our food cause of course he had just snatched the spoon from his coworker. Damn arm hair probably tingling my pico de gallo😭. I came to chipotle to get a BOGO deal, not to pay $15 for two entrees and trauma. Also!!! The water literally tastes like dirty SWEAT😭😭😭

Food is always good. Service depends on who's working that day. Either they get you in and out or your being held up because someone can't roll a burrito properly.

Worst food I have ever had and I worked for the company for 5 years. The fajitas that were freshly made had no flavor and was not done. Both steaks looked like they hadn't been temp lately. Looked like dried Jerky. Employees were nice but I have ate at these all over the United States and this by far had the worst food. Good location so it should be busy at 430 or prepping for dinner.

Arianna as I think it said on your necklace, if you can’t be bothered to smile and kindly welcome a customer that made the choice to come into your restaurant instead of the hundred others in pooler, to give you their money - then go work in a factory or something where you can keep your obvious utter distain for the public to yourself. Or walk across the street to chic-fil-a and watch how it’s done. And when this comes up with your boss, make sure you pretend you don’t know how you treat people. Saturday 12/6 at noon.
