Worse Chipotle I've ever been in. The bathroom was not flushed and it smelled disgusting, OMG this is the bathroom of the people that serve your food. Thank God they use gloves.
Chipotle is all about fresh food, well not this one. The lady serving gave me bad brown lettuce.
I got there at 9pm it closes at 11:00, they had all the chairs up and were cleaning the floor and told me the lobby was closed. I've been to so many Chipotle's and this is the first time I've been told this nonsense.
BTW, I almost forgot, the lady serving had the worst attitude ever. If you don't want to work stay home ,do not go to work and be lazy and with attitude. I will never I mean EVER EVER EVER go to this Chipotle again.
Hopefully I don't get sick from this disgusting food. If it wasn't for the fact that I was driving back to FL I would of walked out the door the minute I walked in.
This is a management issue if the higher up doesn't care nothing will change. I see Chipotle always responds by oh contact us but I guess it's just for show because from what I saw nothing has been changed. Disgusting 🤮.

Stopped in around lunchtime on Sunday from out of town. Had a pleasant experience, Food was all correctly prepared. Carnitas was not fatty, nor , Barbacoa and vinaigrette was delicious. The management team Krystal & Mauricio was on top that day. Will definitely be back.

My husband went here for the first time ever today. Neither of us have been to Chipotle before and we are not going to be coming back. The food itself is fine. Very tasty. However the customer service was probably the worst I've ever experienced. There were three girls on the line. The first, short hair with unique makeup, was actually pretty nice. The second girl however just refused to acknowledge anything I said other then what I wanted on the bowl. I asked her twice what the options were, again I had never been there and didn't know what 2 of the things in front of me were. She proceeded to dead face stare at me without responding to either attempt at asking her. She did the same to my husband that was next in line. The third one also didn't speak to either of us other then to say the total.
Also the place was disgusting in there. Just trash and food all over the floors in the front and back. We chalked it up to maybe they were busy before we went in but idk after the customer service experience.
We aren't trying to have full conversations or anything but jeez I just wanted to know what the orange stuff was 😠Will not be back and will be telling people I know not to come here as well.
Trash over flowing onto floors, never have any veggies, never have vinagerette, employees are very rude. Corporate really needs to check on this chipotle. Something is very wrong.

It's a Shame to see a good Chain restaurant like chipotle to have such a sloppy and poorly managed location. Trash is everywhere, bathrooms that smell like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I am surprised this location has not been shut down by health and food inspections. Definitely need to have a real manager in there to see if it can be salvageable.

Wow.... just wow... Dirtiest Chipotle I've ever seen. Grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a week. Dirty dishes all over the back. Food didn't even look that good. Beans were dried out in the pot. Out of guacamole and a few other things. Staff looked lost. Didn't know if they had chips even. A little scared to even eat the burrito I ordered. Didn't even ask if I wanted a drink.
