This place is a disaster. And has been for the past few years. It is ALWAYS dirty, so I’m not sure how they’re maintaining a good health rating. Multiple people left while we were waiting in line today (and I can’t blame them) as what they wanted was out of stock. This is a consistent problem for this location. Tonight it was fajita veggies, chips, and card only. Except for if you ordered on the app, THEN you might get your veggies or chips as we were told fajita veggies and chips were only available for the app orders because “they’ve already paid” …. as we are standing there to pay. And if you DO order on the app, prepare for your portions to be tiny and your order to be wrong. I have walked out of that location before and swore I would never be back, but this time I mean it for good.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The food had no flavor. The chicken al pastor we ordered was just unseasoned chicken. They claimed to be out of half of the food but only after we had half of the food in the bowl. Turns out they were lying and just too lazy to go to the back and get more. The staff is extremely lazy and rude. I overheard people complaining that their mobile orders were missing half of what they ordered and they were given carbonated water instead of the soda they ordered. The staff offered no apologies and no refund. The tables and floor were disgusting. The trash over flowing. The bathrooms had trash everywhere. This place is so poorly run. I couldn’t eat more than a few bites of my food it tasted so bad.

Although Angela did her best the service was very poor. The order pick up was over an hour behind and they did nothing to shift staffing around to mitigate the situation.

Not the cleanest store. Trash everywhere. Some of the meats were not available. Looked nothing like the advertisement on TV. Trash was full, food on floor and tables....we won't go back.

Every time I come to this location they are out of something. Management sucks and it’s poorly handled. Last time I did an online order and sent someone to pick up my order at the time given and it was done 45 mins later. Today as I was voicing my frustration about them being out of brown rice, the manager with the blonde hair walked off. This establishment is in a busy off the highway area with plenty of visitors and it is gives the Chipotle chain a HORRIBLE reputation.

It is very rare to eat at this Chipotle when they are not out of items . Last night, they were out of peppers and onions, as usual. Staff was rude while trying to order. It is difficult to find a clean table even though there were not many people eating in the restaurant.

If I order something on the menu online, it should be available in store. If it's not available in store, then take it off the menu online. Because you do not refund money Without having to go through a lengthy phone call process.This is happened several times now.

Place was a mess at 1pm. Counter was a mess. Food was being slid right across the mess of sour cream. If kids are going to be working in places like this, make sure they are properly supervised! Veggies were out. Poor management here is pretty apparent here. I expect a lot more for the amount of money spent here.

The restaurant itself was gross. Rice was severely undercooked, almost to the point of being crunchy. Didn't take it back because I grabbed it on my way home. I am disappointed and will not be back to this location.
