When entering location we thought it would be better than the other Pooler location on Pooler pkwy . My oh my were we wrong this one is probably worst. Food bins low to empty when asked for items that were missing tall black male with glasses appeared to have an attitude about going to get items instead of restocking bar. He had what seemed to be a very nasty demeanor and no customer service. Bar could have a used a wipe down. Lettuce was old and wilted, when he retrieved another lettuce container he slung it so hard in the bin and threw container top on counter I’m wondering did get really want to work today. White young girl was sitting at a table with another younger black guy doing paperwork and playing talking on the phone. Ladies in kitchen and another younger black man behind the counter appeared to be the only ones that were working and attempting to clean up. Dining room tables weren’t cleaned we had to wipe it down before sitting down. Both locations need better management and maintenance on the staff. From my experience the store should have even lower rating than a 2.4. Will not be revisiting location. I’d rather take a chance at another one.

I've been to a lot of Chipotle's and this one is by far the worst. What happened to all of the seasoning? The only thing that made my bowl edible was I happened to order the chipotle honey vinegrette. The carne asada was just unseasoned tough steak. They put half a bucket of gauc on my bowl and it tasted like nothing. The whole thing was just nasty. Just a waste of money.

Tried this place for the first time today. The flavors lit up in my mouth like the 4th of July!! It was incredibly delicious!! It is my new go-to when I want something fresh and home cooked.

Went to this location today and after seeing the state it was in, my husband and I decided to leave. Every tabletop and the to-go shelf had food, etc. that needed to be wiped down. The floor needed to be swept and the food prep areas were not clean. The bathroom looked as if it had not been cleaned properly in months. We’ve been disappointed here before, but today was worse than normal.

I can definitely see why the Chipotle at the Blue Moon location by the Publix has 2.4 stars. My experience there was horrible, I’m not sure of the young lady name (I think Lily) that was on the line on Thursday 8/7 at 5p but the service she provided was not one of someone who should work In food service or customer interaction. We arrived at the store during a slow Time it was only 2 of us and she was rushing like she had somewhr to go. The black beans were at the lowest limit and my daughter ask are you gonna replace the beans she said no there’s enough, when she got to me I asked when will you be replacing the beans and she implied she’s not and can’t until they’re all gone. I know this to be untrue as I’ve seen the beans snd other foods be replenished when low. The food is suppose to look appealing to the customer not like they’re getting the last bit. That’s why it’s in the front for ppl to see to look appetizing and fresh. She should know this working in food service and at this particular restaurant. I found her attitude to be rude and non accommodating to the customer who’s paying their hard earned money for good service and fresh food that she failed to deliver. I had to get the pinto beans thst I’m not too fond of bc I refused to eat old beans that probably hasn’t been replenished since lunch time. This lady should be coached and understand she’s in a business to serve it is not about her and her wants. I’m very dissatisfied and will complain to the corporate office as well. Nobody wants the last bit of anything and she should not force that on customers.

One person in restaurant waiting for food. Trash cans all over flowing, employees arguing behind counter, floor is disgusting. Its sad because I enjoy the food but this location may be the worst Ive ever seen!

My family came here after we had yet another terrible experience at the Mill Creek location. We drove the extra 5 miles here and this will definitely be our preferred location. We went around 5:30 pm and the store was super clean, staff was super friendly, the food quality was the best I’ve had in years! 10/10 recommending this location to anyone that eats Chipotle in Pooler.

Bathrooms were dirty, dining room floors had food everywhere ,iced tea container was leaking, counters were wet , trash was full at 11:00 am. Very disappointed in new location… need a new manager for sure!!!

I went there Friday 7/11 and it was 2 something in the evening there was NO VINAIGRETTE. Like yall don’t close until 10 or 11. And they are stingy with the food. And the customer service SUCK! I will not be returning.

Gets worse day by day… they ran out of kids chips at 630pm. Ran out of veggies also and said they can’t take it from online order line. As a consumer ready to spend money… I don’t care about your internal operations. Fix it. No kids chips bags? Take out a bag and put chips in it and give it to your customer. How your employees act trickle down from management. Hire better Chipotle.
