If it could be 0 stars, it would. This entire restaurant needs to be shut down and re-established under new management. Never in my life have I been to a chipotle that is so DIRTY & never has food items available. Not to mention they HEAVILY underscoop, and don’t even try to order mobile or it’ll be a quarter of a bowl. It’s disheartening to see that after soooo many bad reviews that nothing has changed and Chipotle doesn’t seem to care.

I’m so over this location. Every-time I order thru the chipotle app and go thru the chiptolane, there is an issue. I always have to go back to the store in order to get my order corrected.

Today, I went back because sour cream was added to my order and I asked if there was a way to do a survey so that they can get feedback and improve. I was told no, which was a lie because once I got back home, there was an email address to give feedback.

I then asked if I could keep the messed up order and just give it to my husband since I had the inconvenience of driving back and was told no, they were trashing it. Lol

Moving forward, I’ll just drive to another location to get better service.

Every time we go in this location it’s filthy! The bar, the floor, the staff doesn’t care. It’s gross. We would love to support this location, and we normally love chipotle, they need new management here!

**Racist Behavior and Horrible Service at 2120 Pooler Parkway Location**

I have been a regular customer at this Chipotle location, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be coming back. I ordered a $6 taco with queso on the side, and despite it being clearly listed on my receipt, the staff questioned whether I paid for it. I also regularly order extra guacamole, but when I asked for the taco to be remade due to their mistake, one employee refused and told the other not to do it. To make matters worse, the employee started yelling at me, asking why I was upset, and then slammed the window in my face.

The service was appalling, and the food was cold and stale, like it had been sitting out for hours. I truly believe I was treated this way because of my race. It was humiliating and completely unacceptable. Chipotle needs to address this serious issue and ensure no one else experiences such disrespect.

This store was so dirty and nasty. There was trash everywhere. The drinks were all out. The drink station was in disarray. I tried to tiddy up some. The employees were goofing off and playing. When your store is dirty, you should make sure it is clean and presentable. Then you can have fun. But in the food industry restaurants should be clean and presentable, this is a health department regulation. The food was not fresh or hot. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. Corporate really needs to look into the state of this restaurant.
