My first day trying clean juice and I wanted to say the customer service was amazing. The young lady I was speaking with at the cash register was very thorough and easy going with me. I definitely rate it a 10/10 experience especially because of the mango smoothie I ordered. Everything tasted fresh which made it much more enjoyable. 5 stars I will most definitely be coming back!

The customer service is very lacking. As soon as we came in before we were even greeted one of the girls asked if we were paying with card. I said yes & she proceeded to say to order at the kiosk because it would be faster for her and us too. That was okay but because she told us to order at the kiosk the order was made wrong. I ordered a peanut butter bowl with added strawberries & blueberries. Instead of adding them on top she blended them in which has never happened before when I order it. When I told her it was wrong she told me to look at the ticket & if I had to make it I would have made it the same way. I told her I ordered at the kiosk like she asked & once she saw I wasn’t going to leave with it she asked with an attitude if I wanted it remade. I said yes, which upset her so I paid $2 extra for her to slice up 1 strawberry & a few blueberries. & instead of her handing me the bowl she slid it on the counter and walked off.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m really upset about spending lots of money on a smoothie that I couldn’t even enjoy. I got the “intense one” and it almost tasted as if the avocados were bad in it and it overpowered the entire smoothie. I had my mom try it too and even she agreed something wasn’t right. Not very satisfied!

When they juice fresh in front of you, the quality is amazing. I have never been disappointed. I’m speaking as an owner of a cold pressed juicer at home. The only thing is I can tell when the owner is there or not because the quality of Customer Service is varied. I would suggest the owner hire people who are friendly and speak to their patrons and don’t run off when there’s a problem. I have left feedback for this location through the app and they finally made it to where I couldn’t so I’m not sure if they want feedback but their biggest problem is the customer service! I have no problem paying for good quality ingredients. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness today when I went to pick up my sandwich wrap, but again, I believe the manager or owner was there. She’s very friendly ❤️

they have “lattes” on the menu, but the product served is not a latte. there is no espresso. instead it’s pre-brewed coffee? cold brew? who knows?? pulled from the fridge, blended in the blender with almond milk (why blend 2 liquids in the blender???), and poured over ice. the most insulting part is that it cost ~$7.
