I don't have a picture of my food but I ordered a double burger, chicken nuggets, and an eggnog cheesecake milkshake. I don't know who made my order or how many people were involved in making my order, but I just gotta say that everybody working after 10pm on December 27th when I stopped by deserves to have to have their ssa ate. Everything tasted absolutely delicious and was so fresh! Thank you so much!!

Go to a burger joint and are told they have no buns! Bad start. Ordered chicken strips. Way over done and dry. 20+ wait time for average at best food. I'll try again but not on a Sunday night for sure.

I don’t know who they hire for drive thru, but they constantly mess up orders. Last 4 times, only one was correct. Probably need to reteach them how to take orders properly and read back to verify for correctness.

I honestly don’t understand how you get my order wrong when it’s on the receipt. I love cookout and the food is usually good, but if you can’t read the screen or the receipt and see it says cheese and onions only, you shouldn’t have a job. Will not eat here again.

I love Cook Out. I’m new to the South, and every time I stop here the food is hot, fresh, and consistently delicious. The trays are an unbeatable value for the amount and quality of food you get—seriously hard to beat anywhere. And the milkshakes? Hands down better than anywhere else: thick, rich, and made with real ingredients, not that watered-down fake stuff. Cook Out has quickly become a go-to for great food at a great price.

The clerk was friendly. The food was disappointing. We got the small tray which seemed like a great deal - $6.99 for sandwich, 2 sides, and a drink ($1.50 more for a milkshake). We both got the small hamburger and it was indeed small and tasteless- about 1/2 the size of the bun and really thin (cheese, tomato+ was extra). I did have a nice-sized onion slice. The cheese bites, onion rings, and fries were very good. The hushpuppies were ok. The milkshakes really needed more flavoring.

Best to go in the daytime when the corporate is there versus at night there's a lot of young ones that work there and they really ignore you at the window while they have their conversations inside

The food was great and the service. Well let me put it this way I got the fixings put on there but I didn't know the condiments didn't come on there. Ketchup/mustard or mayo. I asked the young lady if they could add the condiments on there and she rolled her eyes at me. I was like please just give me the packets I'll do it myself. That is something you just don't do to a customer. Somebody's always watching. Management do better.
