Holy cow there's nothing good about this place, customer service lady was in a hurry with a hugh slice of annoyance. Was going to order a shake but there was a rag on it I saw them use for the station then the girl went to making a shake for drive thru eww and heck no.. bathrooms were nasty I would have been better in the woods.. for the price they hike up you would expect service to match it.. never again if I want manners of a wet dog I'll just go get one.. not worth it..

Very disappointed in the food quality//quantity. Burger was small. Quesdella was a tortilla with a dab of cheese. The corn dog was actually very good. It has been a few couple of years since going here, and the difference in the food has declined.

Extremely rude drive thru workers everytime I come here. Was given the wrong drink and was prompted with attitude when I politely just corrected the drive thru worker. It was a younger lady who seemed like I was a huge inconvenience even though I was the only one in line. Ticket said the server was Derrick, it was younger woman. Cheese bites were way overcooked. When is the customer service issue going to get fixed here?

Hello , I went inside of the Pooler Parkway Cookout on November 30th around 1:50 pm . I ordered a grilled chicken club add honey mustard no mayo and a chicken tender tray with fries and hush puppies. The cashier was pleasant and I proceeded to wait for my food . After about 10 mins had past the cashier looked over to me and said you haven’t gotten your food ?! I told her no, she yelled at the kitchen to hurry with my order . Maybe about 4 mins later the chicken tenders came but not my sandwich . About 10 more mins passed by with customers who had come in after me got large orders of food , but still no chicken sandwich. As my son’s chicken tenders hush puppies and fries got cold , I asked the cashier for a refund. She went to the back and told the manger and you could hear the manager talking trash “ she can wait “ . The cashier began to argue with her in my defense to say I had been waiting patiently. When the manager did come to the register, she never made eye contact with me and asked the cashier for my ticket number . The cashier told her she had taken my receipt from me and gave it to the kitchen to make my sandwich. The manager then sucked her teeth and walked away from the register saying she can’t do nothing without the order number . Another cashier who was working the drive thru came over and assited and was able to pull up my order after she had the manager type something into the register . The drive thru gave me my money back for the sandwich , I really should have demanded the 7.69 back for the tray too because it was not warm when I finally got back to my car . I just want to say the manager needs some professional development on customer service. She was rude and impatient when it was not needed . However , shout out to the cashiers who tried to advocate for me .
Absolutely horrible experience. Just came through the drive-thru and was constantly cut off while trying to order. The woman taking my order was rude and impatient. I asked her to repeat my order when I pulled forward and it was completely wrong. She sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes, and kept yelling about how she “couldn’t hear” me when I was attempting to confirm what I actually ordered. I’ve been to this cookout several times and have never experienced such awful service. I will never be coming back to this location.

We went through one side of the drive through and three cars went through the other side and they never said anything to us. Then we go inside and find out it's because the girl was new and no one was helping her. What a mess. Poor management.

Best restaurant in pooler, if you're alright with crap food, incorrect orders and crazy rude employees. Everyone that works the window in this restaurant needs to be retrained or something. I know, I am complaining about an already shitty fast food place, but this one in particular is hands down the absolute worst. The food is what it is, but the people serving it to you are what makes it taste more like regret than a meal. And I have tried to give this establishment more than one go but it always seems to disappoint. Oh well.
