Let me start by saying that there was no wait. But once we were seated, our waitress took a little bit to get to us. I was excited to have the Thursday special of turkey and dressing. After placing our orders, we enjoyed a basket of biscuits. When our food was brought out. There was no dressing with my turkey. The waitress was like oh I don’t know why there is no dressing let me go see. When she comes back she said they were out. Had I know that I would have ordered something. I was very disappointed in my meal. And on one of our other dinners, they were out of green beans. I’m not sure why that waitress didn’t come tell us prior to our food being delivered to the table. And the temperature of the food was warm to slight cool. Very disappointing dinner.

It took us a long time to receive our food. When the food did come out, none of it was a high heat as if it was just cooked. I ordered okra. They were not hot, my french fries or greasy and not drained of the frying oil and not hot. My dad‘s hamburger steak had the garlic butter on it that was requested to not be on it at ordering time the server was excellent. She did everything she was supposed to do but the quality of food I was not impressed.

The staff up front was all over the place except at the host station. We were seated and the waitress was a good server. The silverware was dirty and when we received the coffees both had a spoon in them which had food on the spoon. The food was either raw or overcooked depending on the item. This particular cracker barrel could use some improvements! The bathroom was also dirty and we went for breakfast shortly after opening.

Waitress finally came to take drink order & we told her we would order food at same time. Told my daughter she could substitute eggs on her order so she tried to order something else, pointed to on menu, waitress said they did not carry that. Called manager over to substitute. Had to ask for drinks. She did not manage time well. Watched her make a lot of trips back & forth with other customers. Took an hour to get food. Waitress needs to go through training again to learn how to keep things moving.

We stopped here for dinner and was told there was a 10 minute wait to be seated, which we didn't mind at all. 30 minutes later we were seated. The tables around us were not cleared and it was clear that there were not enough staff, or no direction from management... Or both

We ordered our drinks which arrived about 10 minutes later. The biscuits came shortly after.

We had to ask for plates for the biscuits as they were not provided when they arrived, and some of the silverware and the plates were not completely cleaned from the dishwasher.

Nearly an hour after we sat, we were still waiting and decided to leave. I understand that this was an understaffed situation, but it was clearly not well managed either, not providing direction for the team. The tables next to us didn't get cleaned the entire time we were seated.

It's a shame because we love cracker barrel, but today was a poor experience.

Sadly, yes sadly I haven't had Cracker Barrel in forever. Just so happen when I want it & actually go everything seemed wrong. We had a young waiter that was all over the place. I had to keep reminding him to bring something back to us. The Hashbrown casserole was super undercooked as well as the bacon. My stuffed pancakes looked nothing like the commercial & I didn't get my strawberry syrup. I mean I can literally go on & on! To choose this location over another is even crazier! Even worst! They weren't even busy! We went between 1-2!

Came to order out, all they had to do was take my order. But I waited long enough and left. I go there a lot and this was unacceptable.

Just not what it used to be.... Who runs out of their nightly special?! Turkey & dressing but, no dressing.... disappointed last visit with the CFS, so had to settle for pot roast. I'm beginning to understand why there's no waiting to be seated anymore.
