The waitress was wonderful. The food was awful. The chicken was burnt. Waitress sent it back and manager brought out a new portion. The chicken was burnt and inedible a second time. The meatloaf was dry and had no flavor. The grilled chicken on the salad came out cold. If you are planning to eat at the Pooler Cracker Barrel order breakfast or the chicken and dumplings.

Our French toast was a little overcooked but our server spoke to the manager without us knowing and got us a discount. She was super sweet. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Waited over an hour for our order. When it finally arrived the coleslaw had obviously been left under the heater while waiting for other food to be prepared. It was warm to hot. The chicken in the chicken and dumplings (the dish we had waited on for over an hour) was not cooked all the way. The waitress was nice and was really trying to help, as it was not her fault, but the entire meal and time spent was a waste. This was unquestionably the worst Cracker Barrel experience I have ever had. They only comped us for the inedible chicken and dumplings.

Worst Cracker Barrel experience EVER! Waited nearly an hour for our food, because they were out of “chicken and dumplings,” and were supposedly making them. When they did arrive, the chicken was not cooked properly!!!! Meanwhile, the other entrees sat out and got cold… i.e. Room temperature coleslaw, cold fish. The server was excellent, given the situation; kitchen management is a whole different story!

Time well spent on a Sunday morning, Good friendly people as soon as we came in. Did not have to wait long at all. Okay now the food...great food. Try something new to me. Steak and eggs side of hash browns casserole. The steak was cooked perfectly. I will order it again.

Ordered a meatloaf dinner with two side dishes that were more like half of one side just pitiful no napkins no plastic ware for $14 I would have been better off going to Taco Bell

Late lunch dinner was awful food was cold had to send back and hit a vegetable plate and was still cold

Service was ok her first day here is what she said had to ask for refills and silverware told manager on duty she acted like oh I am sorry
Was out of soup dumplings and meatloaf was a child serving didn’t get 3 vegetables and sent it back because carrots was cold hash brown was hard and biscuit s was cold 2 butter for 4 biscuits

Waited 45 minutes at the store with my truck idling on a rv trip with 5 hours ahead, for someone to let us know the order wasn’t ready an order we made 1 hour before, leaving without food and now arriving late at night to our destination due this uncapable employees and managers. All 3 were asked about our order and no one updated us about it, it’s a shame as this is the last time we hit this franchise on the road. Completely incompetent

Hostess slammed server with a party of 11, a 3 top 2 top and 3 top within 5 minutes, I don't care who you are your not going to be able to get to everyone promptly, poor management not watching what front is doing. Server Sheila was great , very professional. Food was cold however and it took 45 minutes to get it. I still ate it as I didn't want to put that pressure on the server. My youngest daughter loved her food but my oldest didn't eat more than a few bites. 9
