Crumbl in Pooler Ga 🤮🤮no not a magician and levitating a cookie…..my husband and the kids went to crumbl today before I went to work and by the time they got home it was time for me to leave…so when I got home this evening I wanted to try since I’ve never had it before…I opened the box and saw a hair. Thinking it was my daughters I went to pick it out and the damn hair Was baked all the way into the cookie….this cookie had been sliced into so not sure who had this one but, I bet they got a little hair to go with it 🤢 I wish google allowed videos to be posted with reviews.

Crumbl if your your employees lack basic food safety when it comes to the required hair nets, where else are they lacking???

I love the idea of this place but i wish the center of the cookie was slightly harder it kind of taste like cookie dough which is fine but i guess its just an off texture for me. Love strawberry cookies i had

This location does not answer the phone. They do not return voicemails either. If I were the owner, I would want to know that the staff at the Pooler location is unresponsive.

My daughter is drove to RICHMOND HILL to pick up the order for me and my coworker. We all love Crumbl. But when they give you the wrong cookies and no cookie dough when you ordered two very upset. Try to call the store. Nobody’s answering the phone. Left a voicemail. Nobody’s calling back so let me just throw my money away or drive all the way back to Pooler another 45 minutes of gas. Very upset
Parking: It’s just a busy section and Pooler. So parking is scarce and a small area like that. But if you want Crumbl, you’ll make it work.
