I took my daughters in for a treat! Did not get a welcome in, stood at the counter for 4 mins before someone acknowledged me, I was paying with cash so I didn’t use the kiosk to place my order. The staff didn’t have enough cash to give me change back so I let them keep it (only a couple cents). The cookies was not freshly made! Nor did they have the cute stickers that goes on the box, One of the staff members told me the printer was broken! A horrible experience! Will not be going back.

Cookies weren’t terrible but they weren’t great either. I thought the warm cookies were supposed to be served warm but I guess that’s not the case anymore as I got cold and not the best tasting cookies. Some were hard.

I like Crumbl and go often, but I don't like the new way they rotate the cookies. I could be wrong, but it seems like it would be more stressful for employees and causes customers to go back less. I'm finding that I'm just skipping multiple weeks now. Hopefully, it goes the back the way it was.

The cookies were actually good this time. However the staff have the personalities of rocks. They did not have any bags which was dreadfully inconvenient. Nobody greeted you when you walked in and they just looked at you like you were in a Stephen King movie.

When they first opened the cookies were always warm and delicious….now they don’t care what they are doing in there. At the very LEAST you could ensure you are serving warm cookies cause once cooled the over priced desserts’ true colors start to expose the cookies for the trash they are. Makes me hope that someday insomnia will come to Pooler.
