My daughters go here every 2 weeks and buy 6 different flavored cookies and we love Crumbl Cookies. The only thing I would change is add more maple flavor to the maple cookies. Other than that keep up the good work.

For a second I thought I had stepped into a scene from that bad parody movie Malibu's Most Wanted. I want to be clear that it was a group of female employees behaving this way not the men. I love all genres of music but playing the explicit version of songs in a family friendly establishment is beyond unprofessional. Before arrival I called ahead and asked if the key lime pie was in stock & not sold out like the Savannah location. I was told "it's gonna be a minute but we have it". I followed up in asking if they were sure they had all the ingredients to make more that evening. I was confidently told "yes". I drove 30 mins in Friday evening traffic only to be told the key lime pies would be coming out in 40 more mins. 30 mins into waiting (in person) a kind male employee asked what order I was waiting for. I then told him I was waiting for the restock of the key lime pies. A female employee then says " I thought we were waiting til morning for those". The gentleman then apologized, offered me a free cookie card, and began looking for the card. The gentleman called over a female employee to help look. The male & female went to the back of the store. The female returned and offered a free cookie that night since she couldn't find the cards. After driving home I discovered the cookie was in fact dry & stale ?

I’m so pleased with Crumble cookies and the professionalism of their staff. Their cookies are round and large…. thick and chewy base cookie with a crunch around their edges in which that is a perfect touch. I do have to cut my cookie into 4’s and eat sections throughout my busy day. I’m happy I found Crumble by accident?
