As someone who has worked in customer service, I can not speak highly enough about Tybee with his above and beyond service. We will return again! 5 stars!!

Take your money somewhere else. Every time we give it a chance, they are always “shortstaffed” they say. Food takes 30 mins to come out and it arrives cold. Go down the road to chick fil a where the service and food are better.

placed an order in the drive thru, told the gentleman i wanted 3 meals.
2 single & 1 double bacon burger with onions rings for all. when he told us the price ( $21.00 total ) we asked if it was for 3 meals and he said yes…. We wanted to triple check because $21 is too low for 3 meals.
We got to the window & asked like another 2 times. And the gentlemen re-assured us that it was for 3 meals. He said “ for the 4th time yes it’s 3 meals ).
He handed us 2 drinks.
we immediately knew he had done our order
wrong. They gave us 2 meals..
I needed 3 meals , one for my husband, one for my daughter & one for myself.
Can you guess who ended up starving at the end 😆.
Customer service at this location was expected to be good given its location.
Please check your employees.

I don’t know what Culver’s in Pooler has going on right now but I just sat in a line for 10 min before ordering food and literally waited on my order for 30 minutes after placing it, had to go to the side door to ask about my food, was handed my order that wasn’t correct, waited five more minutes for the missing burger to be added to my bag, and watched plenty of people inside working and playing but operating the drive thru like they’re ten people short. Lime wrapped around the building because they just have cars sitting and waiting at the intercom. I only waited because I had hungry kids in the care I kept thinking our order would be out any minute which never came. Last week when I went they had me waiting in the parking lot on my food, brought my ice cream, but not my food because they gave my bag to the wrong card. They guy was At least very apologetic and gave me two free meal cards. Not going back to visit for a while. Thru need to get their service together. Wasting too much time h of my time waiting that I can’t get back.
For the $34 price tag and receiving the wrong order along with the service staff being rude and unhelpful, this is not worth your time or your money. The 2 stars I gave are only for the cheese curds (which are only good when they’re hot) cannot recommend.
I haven't had Culvers many times but Ms. Tonya will definitely cause me to come in more as she was so helpful explaining the menu and current specials!

Increadibly slow service. 30 min for a burger?
Terrible service. Every employee had AirPods in and was talking on the phone only half paying attention to customers. Not even 10% as good as every other Culvers I’ve been to. Order took forever and it wasn’t even right. Never coming back.

Culver’s food is delicious - custard is top-notch, butter burgers are good too. Unfortunately this location struggled with service. Drive thru person was not understandable and came across uncaring & rude. Time to receive 2 concretes seemed long too. If u can deal with the shoddy service, the food & custard is good.

Horrible Service...Rude Staff..Nasty Food..The Whole Crew Needs to be FIRED!! Went on September 2nd.. at 3:00 p.m.
By far the dirtiest Culver's I've ever been in, and the two times I've gone there for curbside pickup (driving out of my way on a 5-hour road trip), they have lost/misplaced/lost track of our order. What is the point of offering curbside service if it takes THIRTY MINUTES to get your food once you arrive? I will never, ever, ever go to this location again. And with a family who has very few options to accommodate our gluten-free needs on the road, this is a huge disappointment.
