this is a great culvers. having never been to pooler and being from the midwest i was lost and hungry so i was very glad to find them i got the atlantic cod sandwich and the service was fantastic! highly recommend :)

Culvers has great food. I've always been treated with respect. Their fish sandwich is off the charts! Nothing else in the industry comes close. Onion rings always cooked perfect. We don't have Culver's in MD so when I visit my second residence I always stop in for a meal. Pooler is my Culver's.

I ordered online for it to be ready at 1:45pm. I got there right at 1:45 and asked if my order was ready. They checked and told me to stand to one side. After waiting 10 minutes I asked again and had to wait 5 more minutes for my order. What's the point of putting a time if it's not ready at that time? My brother had tried to put in an online order but it did not go through. However, when he asked about it they told him to wait with me and did not tell him they didn't have it until we checked again after 10 minutes. At no point did they seem apologetic or acknowledge our wait. My brother and his family then had to wait when they put in an order for scoops of custard, over 10 minutes for a few scoops of custard.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, which is just okay.

Takes entirely too long at night. Guess the night shift lost some motivation especially after I smelled that blunt somebody was roasting while on their break. Leave the door at home and work hard kids.
Everyone is always kind, even when people are rude to them. I usually order curbside, and the service is quick and easy. I went inside once, they were incredibly busy. People were being rude about it taking awhile since they were packed. They stayed calm and collected. Food is always good and made correctly. I haven't found many places in this area with nice people since moving here. Culvers is always a pleasant change from that
