Dave & Buster's Pooler

Made a reservation online. Got there and the unprofessional hosts said they don't know what to tell me and my kids because they didn't have any tables because 3 sections were closed. Unprofessional. Never been there and never will go back. They made my kids cry.

We brought our kids for dinner and games and had such a great time! Ray was our server and was awesome, so was the food! The atmosphere was fun and really clean. Every employee we talked to was super professional and helpful! Can't wait to come back!

I will start this as I have been to quite a few D&Bs. The hostesses here seem like they have no clue and are extremely rude. It is inconvenience to seat you and they would rather eat snacks up front than seat you on time for your reservation.

The waitress was nice but seemed overworked even though there was plenty of staff. She was covering both sides of the dining area which was odd. We ordered a bowl of fries for an app and it came out half full. No problem, inflation and all. We ordered our food and my wife’s food never came out. We let the staff know since our sever was busy and they left for a while. Our server was still busy so I went to the bar to get a drink refill for myself. The waitress returned and we were ready to pay and then my wife’s food finally came out (it was a salad btw). We denied the food and played games.

Games are good and pay out fine but the whole food area is a nightmare and seems poorly managed. The hostess area needs a new group all together. Two times we have been here and both times the hostesses are not made for the job.

$120 for two meals and appetizers plus $20 for a margarita that was not even strong..
Super expensive for cafeteria food.

Michelle/Glitter was our waitress she was very sweet and attentive... it was nice and food was amazing

Parking: It's crowded It's attached to Tanger Outlet big parking lot but a lot of people

Kid-friendliness: Plenty games for kids to play
