Ordered at 930 pm. App told me 30 to 40 minutes delivery time. It's now 1125 pm and according to the app my order has not even been made yet. I can't cancel through the app and I've been on hold for over 35 minutes and counting and no one's picking up. I understand it's Friday but if your deliveries are delayed that much be honest and not lie on how long an order will take. I'm now stuck unable to cancel and unable to even talk to someone. So frustrating.
Delivery 1. Wrong order for one pizza, undercooked (and bloody) wings, other pizza acceptable.
Phone call. Explanation. Re delivery.
Delivery 2. Second pizza correct but cold. Wings still bloody and currently in my oven.
Doubt they will actually be eaten bc if you cannot cook them twice - how do I know you had anything cooled correctly?
It’s probably all going on the trash. As should this establishment.
After placing an order online and waiting 2 hours after being told 40-50 mins. Calling to only be hung up on. I get an email saying my order was canceled and contact the store. The store that doesn’t answer??? The store who keeps hanging up the phone??? Why wait 2 hours to cancel my order!!
