Food is just very inconsistent, sometimes it comes out good and most times not good. I order extra sauce and get less than regular amount of sauce or order extra jalapeños and get a normal amount or less.

Recieved an excellent pizza with five toppings for just 11 doll hairs. Service was excellent. Walked in at 10:30 had pizza at 10:45. Dang, that pizza was great! My girfriend/hellion and I destroyed that pizza in our stomach shortly thereafter. $11 vs. WENDYS $32 FOR TWO BURGERS THE NEXT DAY!. Choose Domino'

Ordered 2 Philly cheese steak pizzas 2 weeks ago on line for pick up. When online it showed we rec'd the emergency free pizza. We went on line today to order a Philly and use the emergency pizza for the 2nd pizza. It kept showing it was still charging 6.99 for the so called free pizza. So we called to enquire about it. "Bobby" answered the phone, my husband explained what was going on with it trying to charge us for the "free" emergency pizza. He advised he knows nothing about online and hung up on us. Horrible customer service!!!! Needless to say we went to a nearby competitive pizza location for our pizza. Would have given zero stars but had to put 1 to put my comments. No way to treat a customer trying to simply ask a question.

Quality seems to have fallen off a cliff from years ago. wings were small and fatty, tots were old and soggy. pizza was thin and tasted very processed.

Service at the counter was not polite, to put it diplomatically. The pizza was wrong (we didn't realize it until later at the hotel), and the sauce was missing making us go back to ask for it. No apologies were offered in regards to the missing item.
