It starts with management... The morning crew is very unpleasant to walk into In January I've probably came to this location 15 times and every time the energy lead by the blond is just unsettling I say good morning smile and the whole crew just stands there like deer in head lights I think I've gotten a respond maybe twice And it is like the more encouragement I have for my new Dunkin crew (due to moving to the area) to smile and start the day awesome the more they look at me like I don't belong or don't deserve a Welcome inn or greeting of any kind

They keep putting coffee in my frozen chocolate. It was espresso. I'm highly sensitive to caffine!!! The staff is unfriendly and talk while your ordering it's better to order online than in store. Prepare to be dissapointed Update they are getting slightly better

Don't really understand the bad reviews, we stopped there for breakfast, the front desk cashier was a lovely lady very kind to us and the service was perfect.

I go to this Dunkin probably 4-5 times a week idk their names but the young boy who works drive thru and I think she is a manager lady with black hair with a touch of grey thru it. They are awesome I always get a frozen hot chocolate no whip extra drizzle it’s always on point and they are always friendly

Store was clean, staff was friendly and they had lots of Dunkin merch which was super cool. I didn't rank 5 just because the were out of 2 different drinks I tried to order, but that happens!
After spending $15 I asked for pupcup and this branch charge extrA $1.70 for this tiny pupcup of whip cream.

Tried to charge me extra for skim milk. Crew said skim milk is special just like oat milk and almond milk. (I asked "since when?" and he said always. I have been getting the same iced coffee from Dunkins for over 20 years and this was my 1st time charged extra for skim milk.) Also, I never have to pay for a pup cup at any other Dunkin locations, but he tried to charge me for a pup cup.
