First and foremost, how is this location still running? The reviews are awful, which explains my experience. I came through the drive-thru today on 2/4/26. A young lady with eyes that were scattered was very rude. I ordered the $5 meal deal and forgot it was default for bacon. I would know this because I work at Dunkin'. So, at the window, I was very apologetic and told her I meant to say sausage instead of bacon. She looked at me and lied to my face, saying they don't do sausage. I informed her I work at Dunkin', and yes, you can. So now that you've lied, of course, I'm not going to have a good attitude with you. She sighed literally in my face and went to the kitchen. She brought me a bag, and I felt it was light. She handed me the bag with the sausage, no, not in the wrap, remade, just a cold sausage. Customer service is important, even if there's a lot going on that day, which I can understand, but for you to be rude to a customer who wasn't even nasty with you is uncalled for and unprofessional. She looked young; once again, I wasn't about to argue with a child, but I do think this location needs new management. After seeing these reviews, it will be escalated, and I just don't trust even getting food or drink from this specific location because I don't know what they could do.

I’ve had repeated issues with curbside orders at this location. Today, I placed a curbside order and I waited 30 minutes in the car. Nobody came out, so I had to go inside, only to find the drinks sitting on the counter for who knows how long, with the cold foam already melted.
This is the third time this has happened. Last year, I had to reach out to the manager because the staff was inefficient, unhelpful, and rude. Same situation. The manager apologized, but the problem was not resolved.
To make matters worse, our order was incomplete. I paid for donuts that we never received. Curbside service at this store clearly does not work properly, and the staff seems unable or unwilling to help. I hope management takes serious action, because this has been a recurring issue and is extremely frustrating.

This location has always sucked. The coffee is never consistent, ordered two sandwiches and it came back with 1) the wrong bread 2) burnt, hard as a brick

I received a promotional gift card that the store nor the customer service line can activate. The website was down. Call the service line 5 times and kept getting disconnected before getting assistance. When I purchased the meal with my own funds, twice they tried to serve me burnt and I do mean black burnt hash browns. It been 3 years since I've visited a Dunkin, now I'm gone forever. I WOULD NOT eat their food for free

We stopped on a Wed & bought 2 large black coffees & they were the worst coffee I've ever had. It didn't even taste like Dunkin Doughnuts coffee. Will never b back. We drink Dunkin Doughnuts coffee all the time. This was not Dunkin Doughnuts coffee.
