Just horrible and rude service. I know it can get busy in a restaurant but when the woman making the sandwiches yells at you its time to never go back!

The one with the heart tattoo on her cheek makes HORRIBLE coffee, why are you working at a coffee shop when you don't know how to make a perfect Frappe? Horrible service, no apology, and horrible drink. I got a refund for a second coffee thinking they just had a little slip up, not at all. First one was way too bitter, second one didn't taste sweet at all. Had to get my money back, thanks for wasting my damn time!!! 😒

They just throw the donuts in the bag. Most times I go through the drive thru they gave me the wrong donut. I’m no longer spending my money at this location. Horrible.

This location is always out of cold decaf. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. They gave me regular coffee causing me to become severely ill with heart palpitations for 4 hours. This is not ok

Walked in, the two people behind the counter looked at me & my spouse and walked towards the back. Me and my wife stood there and said hello a couple times and after about 10 minutes decided to leave.

Just ordered their mint chip frozen coffee and it tastes disgusting. Too much mint or syrup/tastes like spoiled milk. Tried calling the store to tell them and phone rang for a few minutes with no answer. Not only do does their drinks have too much sugar & overpowered flavor, you can’t even get in touch with them to tell them about it.
Me, my friend, and her boyfriend went and all got food poisoning. All throwing up within 10 minutes of drinking it and also all got the same thing, caramel coffees

Find Grace. She's nice, has great energy, and has great customer service. Stopped in on the way to HHI. She made our visit so memorable that we stopped at this location a week later on the way home. (She wasn't working, which was a huge bummer)

The coffee is always amazing. I’ve had a few mishaps with food in the past but that beside the point. I come here everyday and not once has the person taking orders had a good attitude. It’s always what can I get you? I knowwww they have a script. I understand it’s early but you know what this is the first interaction some people have for the day and it sets the tone for the day. Even having a little more enthusiasm will go a long way. Looking miserable like you hate your life just isnt it.
