This location is dreadful! Smaller portions than other locations , to start with. But, the service is the worstpart.

I ordered a Thai tea and the string bean dinner. Something was off with the Thai tea. I've had it many times at other restaurants, I could tell it was off. The server never came to check on me after I got my food, and wasn't the one who delivered it so I couldn't return the beverage till he brought the check.
I barely drink any but when my bill came, I explained the situation to the server and asked him to remove the drink. He tried to refuse, implying I should still pay for it because it's not their fault I didn't like it. It's about $5.95 for a Thai tea y'all.
Eventually, the manager did remove the drink from the check, but the server was so rude to me. I still tipped but I've heard bad things about this location so I'm not going back. Pooler has other awesome Chinese restaurants that are better than this.
Side note, the portions are so small at this location. The ETang on Oglethorpe serves larger portions or at least used to.

I had a very disappointing, embarrassing, and rude experience at the Pooler location and will not return to this specific location. I frequently visit the Savannah locations and have never experienced customer service like this.

I called ahead and placed a phone order for General Tso’s chicken, asking if pork fried rice could be substituted for white rice. When I arrived, the order listed both white rice and pork fried rice, so I asked for clarification before paying. The same individual I spoke to on the phone laughed in my face and said no, without explaining why.

He later claimed he meant no because the order was already made and that he had read it back to me on the phone, but that was not clearly communicated at the time. Instead, the interaction escalated. He became loud, made dismissive hand gestures, spoke to others around him in another language, and created an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation.

When I asked for the pork fried rice to be removed, he became visibly upset, snatched my card from my hand, and placed my card and receipt on the table instead of returning them to me. While the food quality is usually consistent, the disrespectful customer service at this location ensures I will not be returning.

A little pricey, and they add the tip in automatically. That said the food was awesome, the service was great, and the place was clean.

Amazing hidden gem in Pooler, GA. Authentic dim sum is hard to find in this area, and Etang Bistro truly delivers. The cucumber salad was packed with garlic and absolutely delicious. The chicken feet were excellent, the scallion pancake was perfectly crisp, and the hot oil wontons were outstanding.

The attention to detail really shows in every dish. Finished the meal with the cold noodles — amazing and refreshing. Highly recommend this spot. Friendly prices and great food.

Came in here on a Friday afternoon
The ambiance was beautiful with the music volume set perfectly… (created a peaceful atmosphere) the service, food and drinks were amazing… will be back!!
I had the chicken soup dumplings, hot and sour soup and the egg drop soup mixed together! 10/10 !

I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is the tits! The food was honestly the best Chinese I’ve ever had. Very very fresh. The service if I could give it another star I would. Greeted at the door with a warm welcome, handshake, and a happy horiday! Waiter was attentive, personable, and even high fived me for my pregnant wife and said congratulations. I’ll definitely check this place out again, and you should too!!! 10/10

I had a lychee tini, appetizer of dan dan noodles, Mongolian lamb and my husband had scallops in a garlic sauce with a lemonade. Everything was excellent. I told my husband the taste of the food made my tongue dance; it was twerking with joy. I will return. The total bill was $70 and it was worth every penny and then some. If you are concerned about the cost, a meal is enough to share. We left with enough to carry out and I hope this hotel refrigerator keeps it fresh because I don't want anything thing to go to waste.
