Best damn food I've had in a while! Came in right before close on Friday night with my dog and got incredible service from Jazz the manager. Robert cooked my food to perfection. What a wonderful experience.

Fazolis has great service and food!! Not only are the staff looking out for your best interest when ordering, but are incredibly fast when serving. Food came out within minutes and it was delish

I waited in the drive thru for about 15 mins. What's sad is this was my childhood favorite restaurant so I was nostalgic but I wasn't gonna wait at the drive thru speaker for more than 15 mins.

Well let's start with eighth when we walked in almost all the tables had trash on them and we were lucky enough to find a clean booth, the menu seems alright but for it being called "fast food" it took a little to long. Like it needs to pick one fast food or restaurant cause right now it's both and it's not working like at least fast food is ok and quick and restaurant food takes longer but is great this took to long to be called fast food but it's also crappy tasting, I got the classic sampler and My lasagna didn't even have cheese on it, I spit out the bread for heavens sakes.The best thing was the drink. Do not recommend.

Bathrooms were filthy, and the floors were dirty, and trash was everywhere around the tables where people eat. I know the restaurant industry is suffering, but close your doors and offer drive-through only if you don't have the staff to maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant. The pandemic is not entirely over!

Let me start by saying that I wish I went to Olive Garden. I came into Fazoli's for my first time ever. Looked over the menu and chose a "Classic sampler" because it was popular? It took 25 minutes for my food to come out, and that was only after I asked the employee where it was as he delivered for to people who ordered 10 minutes after me.When the food arrived it was on a plate, but no silverware was offered. I asked and he pointed to the counter where he brought my food from. Weird, but I went and got my own plastic utensils. I expected the meal to come with Breadsticks, but was told "No that is extra".I ate all the Lazagna, which was adequate. The fettuccine Alfredo was horrible, and the spaghetti with meat sauce was disgusting. I literally ate less than half of this disgusting food, and walked out.Never again will I waste my time and money on this nasty food!

We went into Fazoli's in Pooler Georgia as a very large group today. The staff was kind and helpful. The food was great. It was delivered to each table quickly. We will definitely be going back and will be recommending them to others.

The food did not have a great smell and tasted awful. The establishment didn't look well taken care of and smelled weird. I would not recommend to any of my family or friends to eat here.
Not a good Italian, it is basically a fast food restaurant, not for real Italian food lovers, but I think it has it’s target customers. Pasta was well cooked, al dente, but the chicken very too much condimenta, much less would have been way better

Took grandkids here to eat on weekday evening and ordered them pizza and they wouldn't eat it. It looked like it had sat all day and was dried out. I ordered meatballs and spaghetti, came out with one meatball and was pretty cold. My wife ordered baked spaghetti and it turned out ok. Breadsticks were good. Didn't get our drinks until we had to ask for them. Probably won't go back again.

Ordered some Alfredo which was a bit watery but okay. My main concern was the moldy salad they gave me. Went back in and they did refund the portion for the salad even through probably should have refunded the whole thing. Make me wonder about what else they skimping on.
