When I say that this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any Firehouse location- I mean just that. I arrived and shortly afterwards, a handful of young men walked in. One walked behind the counter and fixed himself a sub. While the others gathered around and loudly talked. One person took the orders and then walked off without assisting. There was only one person on the line working and fulfilling the orders. Seemed like each time there appeared to be a nice amount of business coming in, the workers were walking off the line and leaving that one person to do all of the work. Very unprofessional.

I placed my dinner order online 20 minutes before arriving, but they only started making it after I got there. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. The store was nearly empty, and there were only three of us waiting for pickup orders. They had more than twice as many employees as customers, yet I only saw one person actually working. The rest were chatting, taking selfies, or on their phones. Watching all this, I finally understood why my order was so delayed.
But a new question came to mind: how does a place with so many employees doing nothing stay profitable? That mystery got solved when I got home and opened the bag — I ordered two subs with extra bacon and a garlic bread, and still only received the two subs. No garlic bread, no bacon, and even the pickles that other locations usually include were missing.
So here’s the reality: slow food, poor service, and missing items. That’s my experience. Not coming back.

I ordered my sub with no mayonnaise no mustard. My receipt clearly shows no mayonnaise but you can see the sandwich is smothered and mayonnaise. I have been trying to call and can’t get anyone to answer.

Oh my gosh, I never had an experience like this in my I got the Philly cheesesteak foot-long pay $15 The sub was made with poor effort. My bread was completely wet and soggy. I don’t know if the mayonnaise was expired, but it didn’t taste like The steak wasn’t cooked all the way I went back for a Refund the manager, I think her name was Anaya. She was very rude when I was explaining to her about my sub She did not give good customer service skills I even asked if they could have made me another sub Without the bread being so wet and full of meat to be cooked She told me no I can only get a refund. She was very nonchalant. I would never go back there again. They are very careless and don’t take their job serious such a poor establishment save your time and money guys This was the worst experience today

Just watched employee finish eating and start making sandwiches without washing hands. The other came out the restroom and back on the line without washing their hands. They have gloves on but then played with their phone. Gross. I left.
It’s was 8:35pm and I was told you guys were closed. I thought you were open until 9.

I came in one evening to do a pick up order and the the young men that were working were very rude, asking me what time do we close what time do we close, the time was around 8:52pm, I was told about 2minutes later that someone had already picked up the order. The man that was so rude was tall skinny with locks that were sticking up on his head he wore baby blue tinted sunglasses, I have heard of other people have similar issues with the young men at this location being very rude to people.
