I came in one evening to do a pick up order and the the young men that were working were very rude, asking me what time do we close what time do we close, the time was around 8:52pm, I was told about 2minutes later that someone had already picked up the order. The man that was so rude was tall skinny with locks that were sticking up on his head he wore baby blue tinted sunglasses, I have heard of other people have similar issues with the young men at this location being very rude to people.

The service was good but the food was not. I don’t know if all firehouses have just gone downhill or if it’s just this one, but the quality and taste doesn’t come close to what I remember so fondly 10-15 years ago. Disappointing.

When I placed an order, I told the cashier that I wanted extra pickles on the side with my order. When we received our order, I saw that I didn’t get my extra pickles. No one was out by the register or the prep area. The young guys were back in the kitchen just laughing and goofing off. I get the cashier’s attention from the back and let him know that I wasn’t given the extra pickles that I ordered. He proceeded to “fix” that for me by putting one pickle in a box for me. That was enough for me to never come back to this location again. I have filed a complaint about my experience and was told that a team member would reach out to me to help make this right, but we all know how that goes.. lol I’ll spend my money somewhere else. 😂

I placed a delivery order and when I received it, it was horrible. My husband didn't receive the extra items he ordered on his sandwich and none of us received our side pickles. The sandwiches were so messy, sloppy and carelessly thrown together.. not worth the money I spent. This location has gone so downhill. I will not be returning.

The young men working—Black teens, probably in high school—stood out in the best way.
They were polite, professional, well-mannered, and knowledgeable about the menu.

They didn’t just do their job—they did it with pride, with conversation, and with a smile.
In a world where they could’ve been doing anything else, they chose to be here—working honestly and treating customers with respect.

Our food came out fast and tasted great, but honestly, the service made the biggest impact.
To the young men working yesterday: you made my heart smile.

So the 2 workers they have on Friday lunch rush are slow, the one guy seems like he was only trained for 1 area and walks around lost....stopped to get something drink while 10 plus orders were waiting. I worked at firehouse for a few years andy manager would have never only staffed 2 young kids to work a Friday lunch rush hour. The employees were very much lost but also did not have the support of workers like they should have. I understand overhead costs, but this is poor management and poor workers. I waited for almost 30 minutes for a sandwich. I wanted to jump back there so bad and help them. Management needs to do better!! Oh and the girl working the register went around asking "are you waiting for food" and then replied "damn" each time someone said yes!

These teenagers do not care. They going to say “we don’t have the French onion dip sauce”. And guess what. They said that right after they made it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Get better employees

Mgmt needs to educate thier employees on celiac disease during training. There is a health reason why someone with celiac disease orders a gluten free bun. Instead of trying to talk the customer into getting a regular bun
