So the 2 workers they have on Friday lunch rush are slow, the one guy seems like he was only trained for 1 area and walks around lost....stopped to get something drink while 10 plus orders were waiting. I worked at firehouse for a few years andy manager would have never only staffed 2 young kids to work a Friday lunch rush hour. The employees were very much lost but also did not have the support of workers like they should have. I understand overhead costs, but this is poor management and poor workers. I waited for almost 30 minutes for a sandwich. I wanted to jump back there so bad and help them. Management needs to do better!! Oh and the girl working the register went around asking "are you waiting for food" and then replied "damn" each time someone said yes!

These teenagers do not care. They going to say “we don’t have the French onion dip sauce”. And guess what. They said that right after they made it. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Get better employees

Mgmt needs to educate thier employees on celiac disease during training. There is a health reason why someone with celiac disease orders a gluten free bun. Instead of trying to talk the customer into getting a regular bun

Every time I come to this location it’s around 8:15 or 8:30 they close and the sign has close at 9

Order a combo through Uber eat and also a brownie. Only received sandwich in sealed bag. Tried calling the store over 10 times and no answer. Will not be doing business here again especially after spending $32 on an order and to only receive one item! Unsatisfactory!!! It’s sad that we spend money but don’t receive order correctly.

Ordered a Hook and Ladder sub, and specifically asked for No Mayo. Not only did they put Mayo on it, they must ve squeezed out about a gallon of Mayo on it. Ordered sub to go, so didn't realize it until I got back to work. I figured they were having an off day and would try again on a different day. Approximately 2 weeks later I went back, during lunch, and they didn't have sweet tea, were out of chips, and were Very Very slow. Took over 45 min to get my sub. It was overly apparent that no one was in a hurry. I will never step foot in the Pooler Firehouse again. Firehouse Subs has a wonderful product in other places I've been but not Pooler GA.

We absolutely love Firehouse Subs. However, this location struggles with basic customer service and cleanliness. They need to work hard on cleaning and retrain employees on how to interact with customers.

The most rude individual I have ever had a Firehouse subs. He was in a hurry and acted like I was annoying him with my order. So if this is how you treat customers I hope no one comes in this restaurant. Anna, do not send me your standard response like you have sent all others. That just tells me you will do nothing about the problem or try to get back my business.

Really sad what happened to this place. The floor was disgusting despite the restaurant being empty. They didn't have the ingredients to make the thxgiving sandwich, which was nasty, basically soggy vomit laid on top of dry turkey. Not a single thank you from the staff, they seemed to be annoyed to have business. Too much competition in the area to ever come back.

Showed up at 3PM. Nobody in the building. Waited with my wife for 5 minutes looking at the menu. Nobody was present to greet us or take our order. Eventually left, and took my business and money to Publix across the street. We won’t be back.
