Service is slow but deliberate. I was impressed by the glassware used for the drinks, the small bottles with the hinged lids and the carafes of water reminiscent of the bottles of milk delivered at doorsteps in days gone by. The food is worth the wait as it is flavorful and fresh.

Food was good and service too, 3 tables inside they still telling people there’s a 20 minute waiting ?,my bill was 39 I left 55 so she can keep the change lady in front said card only I told her I don’t need the change she said nobody went to the bank ?

The host had no personality. The restaurant is part of a service industry in pooler and I expect friendly service, a smile and good food. The host directed a waitress for me, and after my meal took my money, no smile, no eye contact. Very cold. I will say my waitress was all smiles friendly, which made up for the ice cold hostess. I realize idk what's going on in the hostess' life, but she is the 'face' of the establishment. I would go back for the delicious food.

Honestly, this was not the experience I expected. We were there for a looong time, and most of that was waiting for basic service items like silverware or coffee creamer.When our order finally came out there were a couple mistakes (no biggie), but the fact that every meal was ice cold is not something we can easily move past. We asked them to remake two of the four meals, this excluded mine, which I ate regardless of being cold, and the last meal that wasn't made to begin with. The food did taste good, despite the issues.Even with these glaring issues I can say that the staff was friendly and pleasant, which we do appreciate.

I can’t say anything bad about this restaurant. I was in the area and googled “breakfast near me”,,First Watch came up. Location, food, customer service, wait, it was all great! Shantel was my waitress. She was sweet, very knowledgeable of the menu, was very attentive to all of her guests. I had the Parma hash, a Belgian waffle, and a spiked lavender lemonade. The hash blew my mind. EVERYTHING was fresh! Nothing tasted like it danced with a microwave before it got to my table. The eggs were fluffy. The veggies were sautéed to perfection! My drink blew my mind after every sip. It was refreshing and relaxing. I could have had 3-4 more of those had I not gone alone! I’m inclined to believe there was extra love added to mine because why was it so friggin good?!?!! I’m mad I didn’t know about this place sooner! The ambiance reminds you of breakfast at your grandparents house with all your cousins. The Belgian with the blueberry compost was Devine! I don’t see this place being a disappointment if you give them a try! Thanks again to Shantel!
