The food here is delicious. We took my Mom for her birthday and really enjoyed it. The homemade dinner roll is very fresh and warm. The salad is very fresh and crispy. The scallops were pan seared perfectly just a little too much pepper. The service is great. The best part is the complementary warm chocolate chip cookie at the end of the meal. I would recommend this place to my closest friends. The only complaint I have is the storefront. Whoever the owner of this strip mall is I am talking to you when I say you are wrong for the condition of your building in the front. Take the ugly overhangs down and make it pretty so these people have a chance. I am sure the price you charge for rent is sickening and you can’t fix up the front. Greedy. Thank you

Cozy little restaurant with AMAZING seafood. I had the seafood platter with scallops, shrimp, fish, and oysters. They were all fried to perfection. My wife had the best looking salmon ever, and it was excellent as well. Definitely 5 stars. Will be back the next time I am in Pooler.

This little hole in the wall is awesome. Let me start with the excellent accommodating personal service we received. The wait staff and restaurant manager were very attentive but not obtrusive. The food was seasoned and cooked well and the presentation was great. We will definitely visit again as we pass through.
Amazing! Vanessa helped us with our order which exceeded our expectation. GO HERE! Can’t wait to come through Pooler again! Seafood boil was over the top and my scallops were perfect. If you are here or traveling thru it’s a must do!

Sweetest owners. Great service. Delicious food. Phenomenal establishment. That’s Flat Top Grill in a nutshell. We’ve been many times now, and each time we’ve thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Portions are sizable and flavorful. The fried food is never greasy but always well-seasoned. The soft roll provided at the beginning of the meal and chocolate chip cookie provided at the end of the meal are such a nice touch. You can clearly tell the owners take great pride in providing a wonderful experience for all patrons. Support small business!
As to some of our favorites: hush-puppies, fried okra, garlic boiled potatoes, house salad (no additional dressing needed), grouper, sea bass, grilled snapper, and fried fish/shrimp are always a hit!
