The online ordering process was unbelievably easy! Great American Cookie is far superior to other companies because they can make custom cakes with as little as 15 minutes to 2 hours’ notice depending on design. That kind of flexibility is amazing.

The customer service was excellent, and I was able to buy the biggest cookie cake they had with a beautiful custom design all for just $55. Same-day, fast, and exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be ordering again!

I was upset because the website says they closed at 6pm. When we walked by ,they def were opened and welcoming. Got what I wanted and more and was so happy! Please update your hours. Thank you for the great service!

Delicious cookies and always good service when we go. We stopped in Valentine's evening and the younger guy working was awesome, had a great conversation about wrestling. The chocolate chewies are the best!

I went into the store on my son’s birthday. They were so very helpful and polite. The lady who made the cake. Made sure the design was exactly what my son wanted. Then once I got it home, I got only a very small piece because my son liked it so very much!! Job very well done

I was not greeted upon entering, the associate barely spoke only to inquire about how many cookies I wanted and my price. I would suggest talking to your customers unless they choose not to converse.

Great cookies and great customer service

We definitely enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies we ordered for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! They were fresh, soft and yummy! The staff was extremely nice and professional. I loved the individually wrapped option. Which was a must for all the employees we have. Thanks Great American Cookies & Pretzelmaker for taking our order in such a prompt manner. We really enjoyed the service!
