I recently visited Hardee's in Pooler and had a fantastic experience under the management of Vertis. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Vertis has clearly brought a positive energy to the restaurant, and it reflects in the atmosphere and quality of service. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and served promptly. I appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into making my dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Hardee's in Pooler, especially with Vertis at the helm.

Went to Hardee’s for a bit to eat, and this is the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time and let me mention the biscuits were fresh and warm just like they just came out the oven, this location has really improved over the last several months, I’ll definitely be visiting again soon.. and not to mention that everyone was so nice and friendly.. kudos to the new manager Vertis & team..

Nobody here wants to work. I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes. Even when inside and said is somebody working drive through? And she said oh my bad and still never took the drive through order for the person in front of me. We both just left.

Terrible job. Waited 20 minutes and they never brought my food out. When I did get my Frisco Burger it was on bread not toasted. Then told me toaster was broken. Greasy fries. Never going to this location again.
