IOrder I received was incorrect. Nadia has the epitome of having managerial skills and customer service. She was fair and fixed it. I noticed the she spoke to everyone kindly and was a hard worker. All of the workers were kind to the customers and working hard. Such a pleasant experience. I haven’t been in a well oiled machine of a restaurant and everyone seemed happy since pre covid. 3-9-25 oh yeah that made the food 10x better

I've should had read the reviews, they are true. Service is terrible, food would be a little better if they would serve what you ordered. Tables are dirty, there is no one at the front and you have to wait five minutes plus, atmosphere is good because there are no people in the store, it's really bad

Customer service does not exist here!! I arrived on 8-2-25 a little after 12:30 noon. Just seeing one side of the lobby blocked off due to leaks coming from the ceiling should have been the red flag 🚩. How do you place a customer to the table allowing them to sit for almost 15 mins, not even offer a cup of coffee or water? But as soon as a white couple comes in AFTER me, you sit them on the side where the waiter attends to them right away. If the customer service wasn't on point, I sure wasn't going to sit around and take a chance on the food. I haven't been to IHOP in almost 2 years, so much for a comeback. Whoever was on staff that day needs training and fix those leaking ceilings!!

Just left IHOP and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The first thing we noticed was how clean the whole restaurant was—our booth was spotless, the table wasn't sticky, and the whole atmosphere felt well-cared for. The customer service was what really made the visit stand out. We were greeted with a genuine smile, and our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. She kept our drinks full without us ever having to ask and checked in to make sure our food was perfect. We felt welcomed and never rushed. And the food was just as fantastic! The chicken and waffles had that perfect crispy/fluffy combo cooked to perfection, the chocolate pancakes were pure happiness, and the chicken sandwich was a huge hit. It's awesome when great food comes with even better service. 10/10, we will definitely be back!

My waitress was awesome. Thanks Ladaisha. Very welcoming, she was polite and friendly, made sure my order was correct. Made sure i didnt need anything else. Takes pride in here workstations. She apologized when she saw that the table was not cleaned properly and had me wait so she could clean it properly before seating me. When I left, I forgot my coffee syrup and she ran me down as I was about to leave to make sure I had it.
Again thanks for your dedication to you work Ladaisha, a great start to my morning. Wish we had more people like you with great work ethics.
Unfortunately, not hygienic at all the server had long nails that were visibly dirty, and his beard was bunched up, almost liking a ponytail, extremely dirty, and he took my order with the most filthy apron, as well as his machine for recording the order being visibly dirty. When I got my order I had asked for sunny side up eggs, he brought them scrambled and I did not say anything and didn’t complain, when he brought the food I only asked for two things: hot sauce and my check and for none of them when I said thank you did he acknowledge it or anything. I will not recommend eating at this IHOP. He was also not friendly at all, At the time to pay I tipped him 18% (I usually do 20 or more) but I still tipped him, even though his service was absolutely terrible. I told him “Have a good day” hoping that maybe he was just more of a shy person, but his reply was …. Mhhhm…. He clearly doesn’t care about customer service or his hygiene. The worst breakfast ever. No senior discount offers. $11 for (burnt) 2 piece bacon, hash browns, and ($3.59 )for a senior coffee. The environment was disgusting. The floors were dirty and flies everywhere. I was so disappointed.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at an IHOP. My boyfriend has never been to one and I wanted to take him to one. We first get brought to a table, after the waitress tells us when she finally comes back over that we need to order not only our drinks but our food right now too, because there are others here and our order will take a long time if we wait, so pressured to start off. There’s barely anyone here, I would understand if it was full. We order a chicken quesadilla, she comes back saying the correct chicken isn’t here, I am looking at crepes to order, no crepes. I ordered beef tacos, I barely see any beef to know it’s beef tacos. My boyfriend ordered a burrito and it was all fallen apart before even getting to him. And then when we were finishing up and still eating, the waitress came and started telling us to give her the plates and silverware. We were rushed around but I didn’t see her making much of a rush for us. I am truly the most disappointed with this IHOP.
I am absolutely furious with the service, and the food, I am grateful I do not live here so I can order from a good IHOP when I am back home.

First time coming to this IHOP, and as I walked in the door, a guy told me “good luck”. We were waiting for a table. Staff walked in front of all people waiting in line and didn’t say a word or give any update. Everyone who came in after me was left waiting. Eventually, they gave up and left. After waiting even longer with no acknowledgment, I left as well. Horrible customer service. I won’t be back.
