There was only one person working inside the restaurant when we arrived. We had to wait to be seated, and then once we were seated, we felt rushed to place our orders. After the food arrived, the one hostess/ server disappeared into the kitchen.

My girlfriend and I are from Duluth, Ga and we're on vacation and attended this Ihop on 421 Pooler Pkwy and compared to other Ihops we've been to this was by far the worst experience we ever had. The waitress that served us was young and 16 years old she seemed ok at first and stated that it was her third day on the job. However, while she was serving us I had to remind her about giving us our drinks and extra napkins. She had us waiting for 45 minutes for our order throughout our time there. To make things worst when She gave us our order the presentation of the food itself was unacceptable. The pancakes of the House Fave deal were real thin and not thick or fluffy and the Chicken Florentine that my girlfriend ordered was poorly cooked with bacon bits that was not included with the order. The young waitress told us the chef made a mistake and told us he would remake the order itself. After that my girlfriend waited for another 12 minutes to receive her order. When we finally finished and asked for the check she asked us how was everything and we gave her our honest judgment, I also asked her if she could give my girlfriend a to go box for the rest of her food and when she gave us the to go box she just threw the box on the table and walked away not being professional or thanking us for coming or apologizing for any inconvenience. The service provided by the young lady in the end was unprofessional and even though it was her third day on the job I think she needs to be properly trained on how to served customers well with a more pleasant attitude and the chef there needs to be more trained on his presentation and quality on making meals for customers otherwise this location will receive more bad reviews. By so far I wouldn't recommend this location because the service needs to be better.

I recently placed an order from this location and half my order was missing. They forgot my sides. The food I did receive was a mess. Both omelettes had toppings that we did not request. And my pancakes were dry and hard. I called the store to inform them of my order and received an attitude over the phone by an employee. I was told there is no way they put green peppers in my omelette. And my pancakes were fresh and not dry. That place will never get another red cent of my money again.

Where to begin! I won’t considering there appears to be no one at the helm of this restaurant. Super slow service, forgetful servicers, gotta ask three times for coffee and still not get it, pancakes served 15 minutes after your main meal…..like I said, get it together or close the restaurant.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 45min for food, and when the waitress finally did show back up she explained that the order "never printed," then it was because "there was a chef shift change," THEN it was because "you ordered the salmon... and you know salmon." ???!?!? WHAT. Then when the food arrived 2/3 of my party got the wrong order. If I wasn't starving after a flight I would have left by then. Seriously, go anywhere else.

Service was terrible, coffee sucked, food was cold and our pancakes were super dry. Over all spent about 2 hours in the establishment. I will never step foot in another shop for as long as I live bc of my experience at this location. Do not eat here you'll be happier and itll be much faster going to McDonald's.

I have been an IHOP regular my whole life until the experience I had with this location. Not another dime of my hard earned money will go to this corporation. Message to the owner! Clean house and hire people who want to work or that building will have a dig logo on it within the year. The only employee that has any respect or work ethic was a gentleman who appeared to be cleaning up around the place. The young lady, especially the larger young lady with the big hair. She was rude and seemed as if she was angry that she might have to work . The place was a ghost town and I can see why. I walked out and won't come back.

The service is slow. No one was waiting at the front. Had to look around, and poke my head out for the only waiter on site to see me. The waiter, while really nice, looked like a crackhead. He was forgetful of things, like no silverware. The food he brought out looked nothing what was in thr images. My food wasn't hot. Not the best IHOP around, for sure. Welcome to Southeast Georgia, wherr everything is subpar.
