Food: I would say this is somewhat of an "Express" Sushi and Hibachi spot. They have limited dining inside. I opted for the Volcano and Savannah Roll with an Express Shrimp Bowl to go. The rolls came out Quick but did not lack in portion size and flavor.

“I happened to be walking by this place and thought, what the hay, why not. I'm glad I did. Reasonably priced ramen and sushi, I'm game. Staff was good, food was excellent and I was in and out in 5 minutes. I think they have fried cheesecake too, what more could you want?“

It was around 1:35 and o asked for the crab legs o had seen on the billboard and was informed they are served at dinner time starting at 3:30. The sweet girl who was not only the hostess, but also all around tue floor to make sure everything was fine, asked me if I wanted tue dinner price to include the crab legs. I expected to hear $50 or higher. She said $30. I also expected one cluster at a time. They came with a tray full of crab legs. Then she came with a second one, more generous than the first one. All very fresh and delicious. I’d stop by here every time she travel this way.

“I visited this place in October of 2023. This was my 1st time ever going to a Hibachi restaurant and I was so impressed. The food was so delicious! I’ve tried other restaurants since then and no comparison. I’m driving back 3 hours just to eat there again.“

I got the Valentines roll and the Executive roll, my husband got the teriyaki steak & fried rice hibachi, and we got a crab rangoon appetizer too. “This is a hole in the wall type restaurant with decent sushi. Price is reasonable. They can even accommodate a 8-12 group need, but if a group is already there and you have a party of similar size, then your chance of sitting together would be slim to none. Not a problem, but just a note to set your expectation and an idea of the size of the dining room.“

“The food was delicious, but the waiter's attitude was terrible. I heard from a friend that they forced us to tip, but I didn't believe it at first. Today, after experiencing it myself, I realized that my friend was right. The service attitude was terrible. They didn't respond when I called them, and they were noisy and rude. As a result, when I went to the front desk to pay, the waiter followed me, asked me to swipe the card, pointed to the tip column and the name column and asked me to sign the tip and my name. The most speechless thing for me was that the lady at the front desk didn't stop them. My God, this is simply a rogue.“

“I'm not a very good judge of sushi. That's my son's milieu. But the Tomago Don and other rice dishes that I get are the best I've encountered. This restaurant is in a small strip mall at the end of Waters Street on the Southeast side of Savannah. Its sort of hard to spot but the access is easy and there is always adequate parking close to the restaurant's door. The proprietor and staff are always friendly and attentive and all of the food prepared is excellent in appropriately priced. The place is clean and well maintained and is great for lunch or dinner.“
