I've always praised this Jersey Mike's location. They have always given the best service but today for the first time I received the WORST service. I ordered a salad and the young man threw everything thing in a bowl as if it was a hassle to serve me. He asked if I needed a bag and I sad yes and he just pulled a bag and shook it open and threw it on the counter and walked away. I've never had to bag my on food after preparation. Today I truly had a terrible experience there for the first time. The young ladies there have always been sweethearts including the manager but this young man was just RUDE.

I just left Jersey Mike’s on Pooler Parkway. I was hoping to dine in and just enjoy it and enjoy a day of shopping. I just ordered a chicken chipotle sub the two girls were young and inexperienced so just not professional enough but it’s cool jersey Mikes is pretty laid-back, but when I got my sub, it wasn’t hot nor was it heavy it was just eh- like very don’t know. I was skeptical from the beginning so I opened the sub. It was lacking something I added bacon to my chicken chipotle sub the bread wasn’t Warm. It felt like a raw piece of bread. Usually, the bread is warm like it’s baked in or something I don’t know so eventually I looked at the menu and I looked at my sandwich. I noticed that my peppers and onions were not on the sandwich so new employee came in. I asked him is there a way he could add cook, onions and peppers on the side thankfully he did however, when I got my sub back, the sandwich had a piece of hair. I added pictures so I took notice of all the coworkers and none of them had a hairnet so basically I threw away the sandwich and I wasted $15 on Jersey Mike’s and I highly disappointed and I’m still hungry and I will not be back to the location. The one in Savannah is way better faster service better customer service hotter food I don’t know something completely different. Btw they were very busy which I have sympathy for but my order wasn’t correct. I wasted money and time

We called in an order and they didn’t have it and then when they did make it it was wrong and then they remade it again and it’s still wrong. Please do not come here.

Probably the worst sub shop in town, never gets the orders right and does not make a quality sandwich. The people that work there do not act like they give a care about their job at all. Line backed out the door with no rush from the staff and a 30 min delay for a sandwich for a online order. Expensive as well for the quality. This chains first store was on whitmarsh in our area and this pooler store is a complete disaster and should be ashamed. Shop for dinner elsewhere

Ordered sandwiches through Uber Eats and order was immediately canceled by the restaurant. Turn off access to delivery apps if employees do not want to honor delivery orders, simple as that.

First customer of the day. Very clean and well stocked. Ready for business at 10AM. Very good food and many choices. I highly recommend the steak n cheese. Friendly staff. Will return many times over. RLTW!
