This location has really turned around. Fantasia is wonderful! I have been back many times recently because of her and the customer service. Kudos for making this store better than my previous experiences.
I went back today after 8 months. Last time it was almost to the point to call police that’s how bad it was 😂 this time the moment you walked in everything was different! Service, food, the atmosphere everything was 100% super clean!!!!
ordered a regular Italian chicken breast pepperoni sub with no relish and patiently waited for over 15 minutes while giant subs were coming out before me when they ordered after me only to get my sub and they made it completely wrong. Then proceeded to ask if I want it remade? I love Jersey mikes but the service and quality of the food was not what I was expecting. I kindly took the sub instead of them remaking it or else I would have been there even longer due to the amount of people that came in while I was waiting.

I usually place my order through the app for pick up and they are always on point. I've never had an incorrect order and never had to wait on my food. It's always on time!
This jersey mikes has by far the best workers. Always have a positive attitude and give their guest outstanding customer service. The food always taste fresh. You can really tell these guys care about their customers experience.

The food was fine, but the experience left a lot to be desired.
I placed an order through DoorDash about 30-45 minutes before heading to the store. When I arrived, the cashier asked me multiple times for the name on the order, which I provided. After some back and forth, she eventually suggested that I check the pickup shelf myself, which came across as unnecessarily dismissive. It wasn’t a great interaction and left me feeling frustrated.

I go in to this location from time to time when I'm on break most of the time I get a decent staff ... I went in they say after Thanksgiving after placing an online order it was a lazy working she might be a manager idk but I observes how she greeted everyone that walked in the door but not me.... She was very friendly with everyone but with me she act like she had a attitude..... It shouldn't matter how someone look to get good friendly service smh
The subs get smaller and smaller. If I wanted a tiny sub, I would go to Jimmy John’s. Kind of disappointing to pay $10 for a poor quality sub.

The male manger at this location was rude towards me. At least I suppose he was the manager, since he was bossing the other employees around. He asked what type of bread I wanted and i stated "white" he then proceeded to sling my bread on the counter. Also, he was doing other things with his gloves, and didn’t change his gloves when he made my sandwich. I should have said something. When he was making my sandwich he put a huge amount of oil and vinegar on it as if it were intentional. My sandwich was so messy upon eating. I would not go back to this location. The white manager man with the beard needs to be checked! It almost feels as though he was being prejudice towards me, he greeted other customers that walked in but not me. I took note of everything and will certainly not be back! This was October 25th, 2024 @ 11:49AM

This has become my favorite sub shop. I get the chicken bacon ranch, and every time I've come in the manager, Shane is working. He is the nicest, most genuine person. Unexpectedly good, personable service.
