Krispy Kreme

Haven't been here in a year because the staff can be rude or not welcoming. As if they don't want to be there.
Decided to grab a doughnut and they were extremely limited on product. And staff were not helpful again. Managers need to do better at supervising and training their staff.

Arrived 3/20/25 at 11am. Employee behind counter didn’t acknowledge us as your total customers were only four of us and another couple in front of us. Waited over 15 mins and still now service. Couple in front of us left as well as us when we had zero service. Worst I’ve seen. Very unfriendly staff member.

This is not your typical Krispy Kreme. The place is tiny, and their selection is horrible! Don’t bother!

Showed up at store at opening time (1000am) to purchase 3-4 dozen and was told we don't have any donuts. I asked when will you...response maybe 1100am

I guess ALL the donuts in the display case are fake because as soon as we walked in, she said "all we have are glazed donuts ". I was puzzled as when going into any other Krispy Kreme location, they fill customer orders from that display case. It was approx 30+ mins before 9pm closing. Didn't seem as if the employees wanted to work and was trying to close early. Don't want to buy anything with that type of bad customer service.

The only reason i rated the Pooler KK one star is that there wasn’t an option for Zero. Positively the worst experience in 45 years of enjoying KK donuts. The KK reputation suffers by having this franchise represent them. The rudest i have ever been treated, offensive music blaring so loud you couldn’t order, everything i tried to order screaming ‘WE’RE OUT’ and i’m literally staring at the donuts i ordered in the rack. And this wasn’t opening or closing hrs, this was mid afternoon. Loud angry screaming at customers. I guess there has to be a best and worst of everything, and this the WORST.

Don't order on the app. They will "cancel" your order without actually cancelling it and then make you pay a second time for the doughnuts you already paid for

I came in around 7:33 black girl with Ling braids was on her phone headset. She was very very rude & unprofessional. I will not return to be treated as if I'm bothering her by expecting her to do her job...

My 8month pregnant self was very disappointed they said no donuts when we arrived and had to wait in line for hours just to get out the outlet for no Krispy Kreme 💔😭

Little pricey but I love their donuts will continue to go everytime I visit

My sisters and I experienced very poor customer service!! No smiles! The 2 female workers acted like it was a bother to wait on us! We have worked in public service for over 40 years and this was not good service!! They need to find jobs that make them happy because clearly this is not the job for them. Everyone has a bad day but not all of the time! This store needs to accept cash as well as cards because not everyone carries a card! I do not recommend this store.

Very rude staff

Service was less than friendly.

The staff is very rude, every time I go the employees seem to be irritated. I work in food service too and this behavior is unacceptable
