Never again! Placed an order online for pickup, get there and find out the dining area is closed ,had to wait in the drive thru lane in order to get my online pick up order, there were three cars in front of me, the employees could only take an order from one person at a time, it took me 30 minutes to finely get to the window and my order still wasnt ready and to top it off my order wasnt correct, I said the heck with it and took what I got and left
I do not recommend this Krystals to anyone!
If there was a way I could have canceled my order then you bet I would have

They get no stars all my food was cold and let I remind you that we were pulled up because they supposedly were having to make it then I asked for tots and they gave me fries . Who’s the manager there
Sat parked for 15 minutes yet everything came out cold. Asked for ketchup twice correcting the drive-thru with nuggets but still got ranch. Glaze bombs tasted like they got fried with the chicken nuggets. Was curious to try but will now avoid like the plague

Sat in front of the drive in window for 2mins, no one greeted me or tried to take my order. Drove across the street to someone who wanted to earn some business.

I don't get to have Krystal often maybe once every 3 years when I do I hope it to be a good experience. The staff was terrible. 4 krystal and fries took 30 minutes.

Well I must say that I wasn't impressed with this place being my first time there? We were the only one there and the doors were locked up so we went through drive thru and we ordered lunch and waited close to 20 minutes for our order and wasn't impressed with it

Waited on line to order 15 minutes. After I ordered I had to wait 30 minutes for food. It was a mustard overload and the food was cold. Buyers beware!!!!

Only giving 1 star bc I can’t give 0. I don’t know how it is legal to let this location serve food. The inside was closed down we could only go through the drive through, us and the 2 cars behind us were told to pull up and they would bring our food out. We waited for 20 minutes to get served 12 burgers that I swear had to be from yesterday. This was about 4 hours ago and all 5 people in the car is sick now. This place needs to be shut down…
I have never had a good experience at this Krystal. The food is fine but the service is HORRIBLE! If you want Krystal you are better going to the one in Garden City or literally anywhere else but this one.

Cashier has attitude whole time. Order comes out still wrong. $30 plus for order missing items when pull up front to wait 15 min. Smh. Didn't notice till home 30 min away. Thanks.

We stopped in here on two separate occasions and the dining room was locked despite advertising that it is open. Cash only in the drive thru. This was our last chance to have Krystal before going home North.

First of all the menu is deceiving it says one two and three dollars then in small print it has another price especially for older people it's very hard to see on top of the fact that the sign is old and worn out I questioned it when I got to the front instead of it being $5 it was almost $10 and the girl said that's what it rang up okay I know I'm not the only one that's happened to it had to happen to many more take a look at the signs you'll see what I mean and the manager says that she'd go back look at the sign with me and we did two deceiving that's all I got to say put a bad taste in my mouth do not want to go back pretty bad marketing that's all I got to say
