I want to recognize Alicia for delivering exceptional service under incredibly challenging circumstances. She was working completely by herself for hours, handling every order, every customer, and every task without a single complaint. Despite the pressure, she stayed positive, patient, and genuinely kind to everyone who walked through the door.
Her work ethic is remarkable. She moved with purpose, kept the line moving, and still made every customer feel taken care of. Employees like Alicia are the reason people keep coming back—she represents Krystal with professionalism, resilience, and a great attitude.
Krystal is lucky to have her, and she absolutely deserves recognition for going above and beyond.

These people don’t wanna work at night. They close at 12am, we came at 10:30pm. Doors locked, no one answering in the drive through. We circled around to leave and saw people moving then hiding when they saw us driving by.
I wish I caught her name; but there is a super nice lady working, seemingly alone, tonight. She was so polite and made our food fresh which excited me because we live 2 hours away and my husband’s never had Krystal. Anyways, great service and I hope she’s paid what she’s worth.

Walked in and the manager is very rude to a crew person who doesn't normally work at this store she was loud and myself and another customer were embarrassed for the guy working . She was rude to me also . Not good leadership. I ordered a number two and got a number three. Do better

Never again! Placed an order online for pickup, get there and find out the dining area is closed ,had to wait in the drive thru lane in order to get my online pick up order, there were three cars in front of me, the employees could only take an order from one person at a time, it took me 30 minutes to finely get to the window and my order still wasnt ready and to top it off my order wasnt correct, I said the heck with it and took what I got and left I do not recommend this Krystals to anyone! If there was a way I could have canceled my order then you bet I would have VERY disapointed!
