My food was cold. Cold pizza BARELY ANY TOPPINGS. Just bread. Wings seemed like 2 different flavors. Most pizza places don't use gloves, however to stratch your head and then continue making food. Nasty work.

There is little point in ordering through their app and requesting a specific pick up time. The last two experiences at this location see me getting my order almost an hour after the requested time. While I can understand needing all hands on deck preparing food, someone should still be able to greet guests and advise wait time delays. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was told my food would be right up, even though the app showed that it just went into the oven, some 20 minutes after my requested pickup time. I will say that the team is friendly once they get to you. But getting their attention can be difficult.

Hey! 9/6/2024 i did a carry out mobile order of 1 pepperoni and 1 stuffed crust mushroom pizza with crazybread combo. My pepperoni was good but whoever was there making my Fiancés mushroom pizza at 3pm with black hair needs a hair/beard net. He found 2 black hairs baked into his pizza.
