I called in to order a custom deep dish pizza. I ordered pepperoni, green peppers, onions. Then asked for extra green peppers and onions. When I got home, there was hardly ANY of either vegetable on my pizza... especially not as I requested. I understand that only a certain amount may be allowed to go on there, but if I ask for EXTRA, I want it and don't mind paying for it. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

my local store often has 20-30 people waiting for 2-3 hours to pick up, or at least cancel their orders. the crew hides in the back, today for 45 mins. the district manager showed up an hour and a half after our pick up time and comped 20+ orders. absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza with LIGHT sauce and the pizza had more sauce on it than I've ever seen on a pizza in my entire life. You've lost a customer and I want my money back. 🤢😡

Over priced little Cesar’s pizza is wild. I paid 7.99 per pizza and it was half the size of the regular hot and ready pepperoni pizza you get from the normal little Caesars. This is a so-called little Caesars express. Full price, but you get half the pizza! What a rip off.

I had a minor issue a few days ago and the owner contacted me. He issued me an apology on behalf of his worker and offered me a free pizza and anything else I wanted. I was very satisfied with his response.

I, as a veteran, really appreciate the combo lunch provided to veterans at no cost on Veterans Day. No hassles or negative attitudes encountered here. Employees were churning out pizzas, verifying id's, and moving numerous people and pizzas expeditiously out the door. A satisfying experience for such a busy establishment on a day honoring our service. Thanks go to Little Caesars at all levels.

I don't know how this place can offer one thing but then give you something different after taking your money and not bother to tell you about it. I get home, I have to drive all the way back. They say sorry we're out. They couldn't tell me before they made it when I was at the store, or when they handed it to me, ask me if I wanted a refund or another product? I sent an email to that store, and nobody contacts me about it?
Gas station little ceasars with pizza half the size for double the price. I don’t go to little ceasars to pay $22 for 2 card board tasting pizzas I go there for $5 cardboard tasting pizzas. Get it together

This place is absolutely terrible. Ordered three pizzas, they were all under cooked. Ordered pretzel crust, received a normal stuffed crust, Ordered a cheese and received pepperoni instead. The last pizza was the only one that was correct, however we had to finish cooking it at home. 100% WILL NOT be going here again.
Went with a friend to pick up about 20 pizzas to feed a group at the race track. The order was ready and hot. Loaded them into Sam's hot/cold bags and were still hot when served. Good, too!
