This is the second time I have gotten food from there. The first time the steak was terrible. The second time the steak was terrible and gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve had in a long time. Never again

honestly, the service was terrible. The waiters are very slow. it also took a long time for them to give us our food. they only got the extra star for the holiday spirit.

The food was great! Filet was perfectly cooked. However our service was the worst service we have ever had at a Logan's anywhere in the country. We have recently stopped driving as long haul truckers and were on our way to visit family for Christmas. We ordered potato skins for our appetizer that never came, salad came after our steak and baked potato came. Rolls were served with no butter. Tried to be friendly with the girl and she just was not in the mood to be there. No extra napkins, straws were like pulling teeth. The table beside us sat and waited for their drink order to be taken so long that they left. When we received our ticket to pay the potato skins we never received were still on there expecting us to pay for them. When we mentioned that we were not paying for them because we did not receive them it was a major inconvenience and such a hassle. This girl really didn't need or want to be a waitress. Or she needs a refreasher. We have eaten at a lot of restaurants all over the country and this was the second worst. The first just never came back. So it was bad. I can't recommend this place to anyone due to the waitress. I gave two stars because of the food. What we got was amazing. My husband's favorite thing is the potato skins. Everything else was so good I can only imagine how good those would have been.

First off, the waiter was nice and the restaurant was clean. The issue was the food. As we were about to place our order we were informed of a list of foods, including some steak that was unavailable. The loaded potato skins were so burnt you could break a tooth trying to eat them and my son’s chicken tenders came out cold and overcooked. My nachos were good but that doesn’t make up for the bad experience. We actually chose to go here because my son loved eating the peanuts, which apparently have been done away with.

I'm not sure when Logan's took such a hard turn but there are far too many mid range sit down restaurants in this area for anyone to risk eating here. The food took forever to come out and when it did, it tasted like dirty grill. The spinach dip was bland. The mashed potatoes tasted exactly like a store brand TV dinner, and the rolls were overproofed. It took 40 minutes from the time we ordered until the food came out in a nearly empty restaurant. Only after waiting over 30 minutes did our server let us know they'd recently cleared a large party and would be behind for a while.

There were also a couple loud drunk girls in the next row and every time they yelled, "we listen and we don't judge", the bartender on the opposite side of the dining room yelled it back even louder.

Waited a hour for the food to come out cold. The rice was half done. The waiter and manager had a nasty attitude. I don’t recommend this place .

Very Random

Kids burger is the size of a quarter. Bathrooms need help. Steak was okay. Service was okay.

There is a reason Longhorn has a wait list and Logans is half empty.

We just left pooler Ga Logans! The lady that seated us yelling there’s no host! The waitress that came to wait on us wanted us to get up move tables! We get up to move tables and her and someone else fussing about where we should be, while we are standing in middle floor! We walked out, that was embarrassing! No excuse for the behavior!

5 orders. None were correct. Undercooked steak, overcooked steak, mac and cheese had corn in it. Was there 1.5 hours. All the food was room temp at best. Such an awful experience. Wish I had something positive to share but I can’t think of a single thing.

It was mine and my families first time too Logans, and we will never return. We ordered our kids meals with our appetizer.....after about a half hr the server finally approachs the table with the appetizer and says the children's meals should have been out already let me go check on them.....never returns. 20 min later the kids meals are brought to the table....cold. then about 10 minutes later our meals come out, I got the surf n turf steak ordered medium rare.....all the food is cold and my steak cooked well done and the grilled shrimp almost looked like play food it was that cold. Server would walk past the table and not even look our direction, we had to flag her down to get the check and boxes for the food. My food was remade but took 20 min to be remade and by the time it came out my kids were ready to leave and I did not get to enjoy my meal. The shrimp still looked like play food, the steak was bland to say the least. We will stick with Texas Roadhouse from this point forward.

All in all, for a first timer, my wife and I decided to try Logan’s out. When we arrived we were seated fairly quick! Being that it was us and one gentleman at the bar. The atmosphere was none the less ok, with the table being very sticky. Seeing past this, we figured that this location was short staffed at the moment. I mean heck, things happen and that’s understandable. However, the fish that my wife ordered was very dry and crisp, almost as if it were caught in the middle of a battle zone during 1940s. I asked for my steak to be medium rare and received a steak that would be fit for a K9 at best. I firmly believe that if the chef had a little more training with a legit Chef then they could receive the extra knowledge needed to cook to perfection. Our waitress was pretty nice and respectful. Again I’m not bashing the chef, it is a possibility that their management has no care in the world and just expects a paycheck. I mean it happens WAY more often than one would think. Has anyone seen any Gordon Ramsey shows? My point exact. Once again, MANAGERS…. Take some pride in your career and don’t let your team nose dive to failure… YOU are suppose to lead by example, not just throw someone with minor training into the kitchen and expect a 5 star.
