The service was good, but unfortunately the food was sorely under-seasoned. It was as if the chef forgot what salt was—everything required me to add my own. The fried cheese sticks and mushrooms were bland, lacking flavor and crunch. The ribs were enjoyable, but the ribeye had no depth of taste, again because of the missing seasoning. The mac and cheese was overcooked and, once more, lacked salt. The rolls were as good as ever, but that was the only highlight.
Overall, if I’m spending $100 for two people, I expect the food to come out with some flavor. Sadly, I will not be returning.

This is the only place I have found that does a perfect Pittsburgh steak med rare it was so good I had to have a glass of rum. Austins cattle co cannot do it right, texas roadhouse is more miss than hit and outback yeah I listed it last for a reason.

The first and only positive is there was no wait time to be seated. After the poor service and bad food I received, I understand why there was no waiting to be seated. The server was Ken. He was kind and pleasant, however, he was not very attentive. I asked how long he had worked there and he stated 1 week. It was obvious and he needed more training, in my opinion. The food was finally brought out after approximately 40-45. We didn't complain about the wait. Once we realized everyone received cold or room temperature food. We spoke up. I also order Fall off the bone ribs, as advertised. The ribs were burned and dry. The manager insisted that is the way they are served because I ordered fried ribs( which i didn't). And I have had fried ribs before and they were not dried to the bone. A table of four and all were displeased and asked for to go boxes. We explained that we would have to take our food home and reheat it. The manager ( black female, name unknown) didn't seem to care very much about our disappointment. However she did offer us a discount but it wasn't subtracted from our bill. We will never eat at the Pooler, GA location again. I didn't take pictures inside. I did take a picture of my burned chicken at home. The ribs were already in the trash.

Somehow, they were out of mushrooms, but didn't tell anyone until our server was bringing our two burgers with mushrooms (not). Our server was sweet but she had to be prompted to discount the burgers that they charge more for because they come with mushrooms. We would have make another selection had we known.

After waiting over an hour for our food, it finally arrived—and it was all wrong. My steak was supposed to be medium, but it was so rare I could barely eat it. My husband’s meal was loaded with things he specifically asked to leave out, like sour cream in his potato. The bathrooms were filthy, the broccoli was mushy, and honestly, the only good thing we had were the rolls.

Normally I don't have issues with this restaurant but it's been awhile since I've been here. I placed an online order and received confirmation it would be ready at 9:17 pm. I arrived at about 9:21 to pick it up. The girl at the front asked me what i needed and I told her I was picking up an order. She told me to give her a minute. She finished what she was doing, walked off and never came back to assist. Me and another man, who was also waiting forever and a day for his order, stood there and nobody stopped to ask if we needed help. We eventually got someone to get the manager and they brought his food out. A young lady asked me if I needed help and I told her what I needed. That was like 10 minutes ago. It's 9:56 and I have yet to receive word on my order. Don't recommend this place.

The food was excellent! The steak 🥩 was cook to perfection, mozzarella sticks were delicious and the presentation was beautiful, and chicken tenders was delicious ( altho we had some confusion with the buttermilk ranch and regular ranch dressing ) lol but Lakiah got a huge laugh over it. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome. If you're there in that area ask for her table...sorry forgot to take pics
