Waited 45min. for a 2go steak tip that looked as if most of it had been eaten before it arrived to me, mashed potatoes appeared to be instant and the green bean came from a can, so why did it take so long?

Good food, the steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Got the upgraded side of parm rice. It was good... Cesar salad was ok, nothing to write home about.
The service... well, I don't know. Maybe my server was having a bad day, but it was terrible... had a drink and water, it was good, never asked if I wanted another, never filled my water back up, had to ask for more.... then still didn't get it for a while, and when she brought it, she plunked it...

Place was hopping..
We ordered three very basic steak plates and drinks...
After 20 minutes drinks arrived... another 20 minutes and one steak arrived... customer said it was too cold, sent back...
About 10 minutes later, the other 2 steak plates arrived. Then the first steak returned.
