Took my family and my parents here for dinner on a Sunday evening.
The waitress took out order and was courteous. I placed my order for a medium steak the steak came out overcooked, no big deal. when the waitress came back by the table I asked her if they could remake it. 15-20 minutes later, as my family was finishing there meal, she came back by the table and asked if I would like her to put the steak back in for a remake. I was shocked as I thought that’s what I had been waiting on. she assured me it wouldn’t take long and offered for me to take it to go (I don’t go out to a restaurant to take my food home) I said sure I’ll take it to go so that my family can get home. Another 20+ minutes goes by and she has vanished. No steak, no waitress. We flag down another server and ask for a manager. 5 minutes goes by and a man with no name tag comes walking over to the table, hands me a steak in a to-go box and says “sorry that took a while.” At this point we had been here almost 2 hours. We explained how upsetting this was and what had happened with our waitress and he said they could take the steak off the bill but we got little to no apology, a shrug and a voucher for an appetizer. To insult to injury, the new steak they brought out was a 6oz. When I had originally ordered an 8oz and was even more overcooked than the first.
The most concerning part about this is the manager not even being concerned with showing the kitchen their mistake or comping more of our bill or a more genuine apology overall this was a very disappointing visit.
We have dined at this location before and have never had an issue. It seems the management on staff tonight was not concerned with customer service. The server made a mistake by not putting in the remake the first time but that’s where good management would step in to make the situation better unfortunately that did not happen.

The food was good and the wait staff was so friendly, helpful, and quick. The food came out quickly. There is a gluten sensitive menu online outlining your options if that is an issue and I told the waitress I have a gluten allergy and she was good about noting it!

Took an 1 and a half just to get food, server was kind but she was clearly overwhelmed. Did not stay to eat.
Ordered the flos filet on Christmas Eve the steak was so delicious it melted into my mouth it was the best steak I have ever had the service was superb and the atmosphere was pleasant

First and foremost, After being seated by the kitchen we witnessed every server,busser, manager and anyone else employed by Longhorn 's walk right by the napkins, straw wrappers and food on the floor for about 20 minutes! Finally onw of the servers stopped and picked some of the stuff up off of the floor, we started to second guess our discussion to stop in for a meal because if the restaurant floor looks like this you start to wonder what it looks like in the kitchen! Secondly I specifically ask our server not to put our main course in with the appetizers because I didn't want all out it brought out at the same time or too close together were we couldn't enjoy our appetizers and conversation before out main came out and she told me , no she assuured me the it won't be loq and behold about a quarter away through the appetizers qhat shows up the table but our main course brought out to the table by a different server asking qhere could she put these at because there was hardly any room left on the table as is! Not to mention that my steak was over cooked my steamed broccoli was luke warm, but the rice was flavorful!

Let me express my sincere appreciation for who is a fine example of the longhorn Steakhouse brand customer service. Karryana- attentive to details, a perfectionist. This young lady Karryana- embodies an splendid example of what the longhorn Steakhouse model is built on. This young lady is so in tune with Longhorn Steakhouse operation. I have not met many restaurants associates with these attributes before in traveling who ensure that this model is consistent. She is a fine representation of longhorn Steakhouse. She is doing it right, my family and I were well please. Well done Karryana. Is Karryana coaching this model? I will be mentioned this young lady across the United States.
