Everything was great except for the fact that their air conditioner was not working, which I'm sure they had no control over but it's GA in the summer time.

LongHorn used to be one of the best steakhouse chains, but this specific location was a complete disappointment. Everything was greasy, from the tables to the menus. The air conditioning unit placed in the middle of the dining area didn’t help the experience either.

The steak, which used to be a decent size, is now tiny, and still costs at least $25 a piece. My steak came barely cooked despite explicitly asking for it to be well done. The sides were equally poor: fries tasted like they had just come out of the freezer and were undercooked, while the broccoli was dry and unappetizing. And the bread? It had a nasty chemical aftertaste.

Service was nice.

My wife and I ordered ribeye with asparagus and baked potato, and the salmon and rice, with broccoli and mash potato. The food was good. The temperature of the steak was spot on(medium). However, it came out cold. Everything else was good.

The dragon fruit long pour was good to taste, but had alot of small pieces that must be chewed and swallowed

The service was solid, nothing special. Slow to clear table of dirty plates and cups

We and my family wanted to enjoy an outing for my niece's 13th birthday. I could write a book, but long story short, we had 2 waitresses assigned to our party. 1 waitress, Karianna was absolutely phenomenal! The other one, I dont know her name was terrible! No refills, and she forgot to put the order in, causing the wait time to be about an hour and a half. Then when the patrons she was serving were ready to pay it took her another hour to bring the tickets and process the payments. Ruined my nieces birthday.

The only thing my niece wanted for dinner was mac and cheese and that’s the only thing they didn’t pack in my order. Unfortunately, it was pouring so hard out and the traffic lights were out that it was unsafe to go back to get her dinner. The rest of the meal was standard longhorn fare. My tbone was cooked medium. The Brussels sprouts were drowning in oil and my baked sweet potato was burnt.

The wait staff was pleasant and the food came out hot .my husband really enjoyed his Salmon. My parm chicken was good. The brussel sprouts weren't as sweet as usual but they were still cooked well so I won't deduct any stars for that. The portions were good also

Half of the dining room was cleaned and ready for customers, but 35 to 40 min wait, I would only assume they are understaffed, during this wait, no AC on a hot summer evening. Waited 20 minutes and left, it would bot have been a good dining experience. Total failure on your part Longhorn!!!!

Service was amazing!! But the temperature inside was unbearable. Do you not care about your customers’ comfort? How does it take seven months for a multi-million dollar company to fix the AC? It’s hot, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s unacceptable. Do better, LongHorn.

We always love longhorn with the family but we have been to this location 3 times in the last two months and the air conditioning doesn’t work. The first two times we assumed the fix was in process with a temporary solution, but it appears the temporary solution is becoming permanent. It’s almost unbearable to eat on hot days and I feel bad for the staff running around in 85 degrees indoors.

Food and service was superb! My only complaint was that the AC was out and the indoor units were not sufficient to sustain an adequate climate.
