A tale of two managers.
Went to Lovezzolas, terrible experience. Basically our carry out order was given to a door dasher and 50 minutes later- still no food. Checked on food and was given the “I can take $5 off or refund your money”. Chose the money refund-no chance of the food coming now- even though it was not our mistake- it was like we were complete strangers asking for handouts.
