I enjoy the Marble Slab creations here. Everything always comes out perfect. Looking forward to frequenting this location more, because every day is a great day for ice cream. Service is always great. The ice cream variety is awesome, creamy and delicious all the time. Toppings are fresh. Dining area clean.

I ordered a birthday cake online, and it came out so much better than I expected! The cake was beautiful and delicious. When we picked it up there appeared to only be 1 employee working, which was on a Saturday around 1:00. She was busy in the back of the store when we walked in, but greeted us immediately. I complemented the cake when she brought it out and she said she was glad I was pleased because she made it. I would 1000% order a birthday cake again.

Love this place came in at 08:12-8:30pm Est. On 09/15/2023 paid for me and my friends ice cream, both females working up front had their front bangs long, loose, no hairnets, not tucked up at all, constantly leaning over the ice cream as their mixing it by hand, and my friend of course found some wonderful hair in his ice cream! ? love marble slab, please review camera footage and mandate and enforce proper food handling safety standards which is not what happened today.

Marble Slab provides a decent value compared to other premium ice cream shops due to the unlimited mix-ins. The ice cream is delicious and the staff has always been friendly at this location. The parking lot can be a nightmare however.
Rude employees for unprofessional service and overpriced. We’ve been here 3x and there was always an issue. The young girls don’t have to take care of their hair, they listen to music with earbuds while taking your order and I had to clap on the counter to remind the girl, that she is taking the wrong flavor. One time we ordered, and we got coffee instead of cheesecake and the girl was just looking at us. I mean, what kind of proof do you need? You’re the one not paying any attention. They also don’t even have fresh whipped cream. Never again

Ice cream cone and two milkshakes. The milkshakes were basically flavored milk the one I ordered a chocolate malt milkshake, the milkshake was basically chocolate milk, runny, No malt flavor at all. I would not recommend this place

We are from out of town and were drawn in by the majestic shakes; however, we we arrived, we were told they cant make them. So we ordered regular shakes. For $24 the shakes should've been thicker and larger in size. Overall not very satisfied
