Ordered 3 pizza's for pickup at 11:45am. When my husband arrived the doors were locked and there was 1 person inside that wouldn't even answer the phone. A 2nd employee arrived and opened the doors. Instead of confirming the name they assumed my husband was the door dash driver (that left) and made him wait for 7 pizzas while our order had been sitting there waiting. Last night at 9:15 pm or so my husband went to buy 2 boxes of pizza and some wings, the case that he ordered them to take away and when we got home we were eating pizza and in one of its slices I got a piece of metal inside it. I thought it was the edge of the pizza and it wasn't like that. To my surprise it was a piece of metal.
I ordered my pizza on 11/14 at 6:49 PM. I called from 7:57 PM until 10:13 PM, I was hung up on and no one ever answered. I couldn't even get a refund back from them last night. My wife and I will be going down there to get out money back. I love Marcos but this location here in Pooler which is not ghetto at all, but this store acts like it's ghetto and ignorant and needs new management or needs to be shut the heck down.
