Two registers were opened when I walked, but as I stood in line at the lady moved from her register and supposedly was doing something but I noticed as others came in she was quick to come back and open her register. I’m of color and everyone else was not it gave off she didn’t want to be the one to service me.

There was a lot of talk about not wanting to be open the day before Thanksgiving. Maybe this is why my Order was not correct. It’s my fault for not checking my bag. Also, the cooks should know to WASH their hands before preparing food instead of just grabbing gloves. I’m seriously thinking about reporting this establishment to the Health Department. Someone also needs to teach them to Change gloves when touching different types of meat. Contamination is a part of Food Safety and Food Preparation 101. This was a complete waste of money. First and Last time we will eat at this place. I Do NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Came here for dinner and lowkey one of the girls had the biggest attitude ever. I get people have bad days but just being rude and rolling your eyes is never that serious. Because if I would’ve been rude back it would’ve added more fuel to the fire. Please work on how you treat others !

This is by far the worst McAlister’s deli I’ve ever been to. We quit going some time ago because the dine-in service was so incredibly slow. I was working today and decided to give their carry out a try. I ordered potato soup and a Ruben sandwich. When I got back to work and opened my order the soup was watery and inedible. The sandwich was also mushy but I ate it because I didn’t have time to go back to the store or get anything else. When I called in to complain they the woman who answered the phone said “well the only thing you can do is come back and talk to a manager” and then she hung up on me. Needless to say, this will be my last visit to McAlisters in Pooler.

Great food. Plenty of options. Large seating area both in and outdoors. Order at the counter and food is brought to your table. Staff was excellent. Restaurant was clean.

This place has some serious issues. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was the same
Both times. Today they had no tea or soft drinks. Only bottled water and no dishes to serve
Food on. Said they would serve it in a to go box. The manager is doing a terrible
Job. No customers either…. Should just shut it down..

Ordered DoorDash from here twice the last two weeks and within 7 days my broccoli and cheddar soup was forgotten twice. Need to get some new people who know how to ensure everything is in the bag before sending it out with DoorDash.

Came in for lunch after checking the menu online, but the in-store menu didn’t match. We customized a few items, and the first employee made us feel like an inconvenience—she even asked someone else to take our order in front of us. Thankfully, the second employee was kind, helpful, and reassured us it wasn’t a problem at all. Food was great, but the initial service was disappointing.
