Absolutely awful food and customer service. I called to ask if my sandwich was supposed to be hot with honey mustard sauce and a pickle on the side. They say yes. I explain that my order wasn't right and ask if they can do something about it. They tell me to take it up with Door Dash. Since when does the delivery driver make my sandwich? Was he supposed to add the honey mustard while driving and pull a pickle out of his glove box? They couldn't care less about customer service.

The “choose 2” option gives you a wide range of choices, the Savannah chopped salad is my favorite

I have ordered and received this sandwich three times, its a New Yorker.. Great sandwich. So I told a friend about it.We stopped in for lunch and the sandwich was terrible. Smaller bread, 1/2 the meat and the service was just okay.I spoke with the manager and she agreed that it was a poorly made sandwich. She offered no compensation or anything to keep my business.I can make this sandwich at home, and it's much better

Spuds r great! Loved the Savannah Salad! Ham and cheese would have been better if it was toasted. Friendly staff. Lots of seating indoors and outside. Reasonable wait time to get food. The drink size is extra large.

First time trying McAlister and I was disappointed. The New Yorker sandwich was good but the potato lack pull pork and barbecue sauce but it was ok

Their southwest salad tastes good but I literally only got one single tiny sliver of avocado, barely any chicken and mostly lettuce and it’s a 16 dollar salad.I keep giving this place chance after chance because when it’s done right it’s good but I don’t want to waste money on them anymore. Also, these guys don’t do anything to protect the order. I received the bag it came unsealed just twisted shut. The boxes should get sealed with a sticker at least. It’s pretty gross.

McAlister's is one of my favorite places. That said this location is poorly managed and the quality has gone down to an unacceptable level. I will not be eating here again.

It was about one hour til closing. The restaurant looked Dark and dim. Food was dissappointing. The sandwich only had a couple of slices of meat. The staff was arguing and cussing when we were there. We should have left. Usually, McAlisters delis are promising to grab a great sandwich. Not this one. Hopefully they will get better.

The store looked a little unkempt and the tables weren’t wiped down. I believe they just had a super busy rush. And may be shorthanded. Also, it was black Friday weekend to be fair.

I enjoyed this location so much, it was my first time ever visiting and I am so glad I did. I believe they may have been under staffed due to there being multiple tables that had not been cleaned but other than that, I would come back again and again. I am looking forward to trying other menu items.

Loved Mccalisters in Charleston at tanger outlets, but this one? Nah. Last time I came, I ordered a spud and cheesecake for my wife and it took forever while all the teenage staff laughed and joked in the kitchen. Got my spud and it was burnt to the point that I had to throw it out. Depending on which shift you arrive on, the tables are usually pretty messy and not cleaned up.

I went in for a to go order and waited 30min when there was literally ONE table there and then get home and am missing half of my kids’ food and my husbands sandwich was ice cold (it was one of their “hot” sandwiches). The pretzel dogs look disgusting and the pizza looked like it’d been sitting. The staff did not seem to care at all. Won’t go back to this one. I spent over $50 to get cold food and missing food.
