I visited this McDonald’s early in the morning and had a very upsetting experience at the drive-through. I ordered a Steak Egg & Cheese Bagel and politely requested that it be made fresh. The first time I asked, there was no acknowledgment. When I arrived at the window, I repeated the request, and again there was no response—just an attempt to take payment.
When I moved my hand back from the card slider, the young man at the window (Brandon) abruptly bucked his body toward me, which startled me so badly that I accidentally dropped my iPhone onto the ground. Thankfully it wasn’t damaged, but the behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I understand this is a fast-food environment, but no customer should feel intimidated or disrespected, especially over something as simple as asking for fresh food. There are already many concerns and reviews online about food quality, so requesting it made to order should never result in aggression.
I do want to acknowledge Leche, who stepped in afterward and was the only person who handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. She deserves recognition.
Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling shaken that early in the morning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue appropriately.

My daughter just sat in drive thru for well over 20 minutes waiting for someone to give her order to her that she placed online. Instead she had to cancel her order and get back on the road. This place has horrible service! There were no other customers, just her!

I did not receive the three apple pies I had ordered that had totaled to $7.47 apart of an overall $25.95 order. I was not told that they were in the grinch meal box or to even pull forward. For heaven’s sake! This is not the first time I have been short of something in my order, but I hope this is the final time.

Everyone is hidden behind a wall with very limited customer interaction so it appears they don’t care. That combine with the amount of time orders take to come out is ridiculous. 18 minutes from the time of ordering to get 3 apple pies.

Not sure why this location has bad reviews but I always get good service here + my food is usually freshly made. Sometimes the drive-thru takes foreverrrr. I use the app and order ahead of time then grab it from the counter so I don't have to wait as long.

My service was fast and sometimes that is not the case but this time it was. My food was hot without a custom order, it was accurate with straws and napkins and sauces! Friendly service too. I knew the person serving in drive-thru. We had a couple minutes to chat.
Idiots legit gave me a big mac instead of my quarter pounder.. but still put it in a quarter pounder box? Is reading and comprehension really that hard?

So mad. Came thru for just coffee and a soda Sunday 26 oct. 1030 am....yes Sunday....took cut to the 2 gallon carafe....got 1 inch.. said, do u have one ready.. she didn't answer, went to dripper. Checked filter. Pushed 5 buttons so I knew I had to wait.. 5 min late as see no driving yet. I asked her....is it done.....she checked, pushed 4 more buttons...ignored me and back to register.. forgot we t it. Over to gas station got my coffee and left.. McD. U still don't get it
