Hottest lobby I think I've ever ate in, literally the longest I've ever had to wait for a quarter pounder meal. ZERO customer service, had to wait forever to ask for ketchup and pepper, only to get 3 packets for 3 entrees. Unreal. Also, no way was the QP cooked to order. Had to put it together myself too š

Me and my friend always stop in the morning to get a Carmel coffee but no they were out today but they had vanilla sad part is I asked for extra sugar and vanilla but when I tasted it it was horrible they make some tasty coffee they make it great sometimes but lately it's been grows

Through a misunderstanding situation JACKEL showed amazing professionalism, got my order fixed in a timely fair manner all while keeping composure of the situation. He does very well keeping the younger employees in control also while not making work a dead zone. 5 stars!

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before being acknowledged other than āhold onā when we first pulled up. Ordered on my phone and then waited like 15 more minutes. I came here for crappy but quick food not crappy and slow. Itās been over half an hour. Iām still waiting.
