Ordered an online delivery order and didn't get 2 items from it. Did a refund and reordered missing items and when I got it the 2 missing items that were delivered ended up being the wrong 2 items. So yeah 1 start for back to back same day wrong orders.
This is the least efficient fast food establishment I’ve encountered in 38 years of life

All the reviews are true ask any local person that lives around here will tell you that this McDonald’s always has been like this and it will never change regardless of all the complaints and bad reviews it gets.. Yes the worst part is waiting over 15mins for an order when they are not busy🤔

Unacceptable experience. December 8 11 PM me and multiple cars were ghosted at the drive-through trying to order we weren’t getting any response. We were waiting like 10 minutes. We all just left assuming it’s closed.
The young man behind the counter was super! Thank you for being so courteous and respectful. This was around 1 pm today.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. The employees were openly talking about customers right in front of us, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. People were waiting over an hour for their food, including our group, and when we finally received our order, several items and drinks were missing.
On top of that, the lobby had no ice, no tea, and the Dr Pepper came out like water. The shift manager was also on her phone and then immediately touching food without washing her hands or using gloves. The cashier had a very nasty attitude as well. As if things were our fault.
We are traveling, and this was by far the worst McDonald’s we’ve ever visited. Something definitely needs to be addressed with the staff and management at this location.

Just weird to write something on someone’s bag? I got it delivered through uber, uber didn’t do it , the pen/marker is the same as the writing from mcdonald’s on the sticker. Tried reaching out to customer service first then they said it was ubers issue. Playing around someone’s food is weird. Ordered 11/15 7am.
