I have said before that I am not comparing McDonald's to Ruth's Chris. I am comparing it to other McDonald's locations and other fast food restaurants, and by that standard my experience this morning was excellent. I arrived early, found a clean table tucked into a corner, and settled in. I was able to connect to their wifi quickly and easily, and placing my order through the McDonald's app was just as simple. About five minutes later, a pleasant crewmember brought my meal over on a tray, which is always a nice touch at a fast food place.
Everything I ordered was exactly right. The Egg McMuffin was cooked properly, the hashbrowns were still hot, and the coffee arrived just the way I requested it with two cream and light ice. I even received a bonus sausage wrap with the hot salsa, which made the meal feel a little more generous than expected. It all came out fresh, accurate, and ready to enjoy.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is clean, the service was friendly, and my food arrived exactly as ordered. For a McDonald's, this was a clear five‑star visit.

Was told to pull up in drive thru and was told I was going to have my order in 2-3 mins. Then the next 3 cars behind me got their order. Worst service i’ve actually ever seen.

Brown lettuce and translucent pickles on overcooked meat pucks in knocking hard buns. Week old tasting apple pie, fries were edible with the right amount of saltiness. Their lobby had no working soda machines but could get sweet tea. Also, there was a large sticky area on the floor not cleaned up.

I was having a difficult time finding the drinks. A very nice cashier helped me find the drink dispensers. She was so nice to me, I said a prayer for her. I hope she is doing well.

With 3 cars in front of me we waited 24 minutes. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese tomato and onion only. I received pickles and onion. I gave the sandwich back and asked for tomato and onion only. They scraped the pickles off, put another piece of cheese on top and a few slivers of onion. This is lazy and still smells like pickles

Terrible service. I waited at the checkout for almost 14 minutes. The bathrooms were poorly maintained. The place was all dirty. I had to wait almost an hour to pay. The place wasn't clean at all. The floor was sticky. The service was slow. A lot of trash on the floor If I could I would give it 0 stars
