Everytime I go to this store something is wrong or missing. The guy manager/ black guy with tge natural hair always has an attitude. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Awful experience. Arrived and placed a curbside pick up order and waited 15min outside before going inside to retrieve my order. Order was missing the fries so I had to return to get them. When waiting trying to get the expo persons attention she was basically barking at people to use the kiosks. I explained my fries were missing and watched her eat out of a cup while obtaining my fries and she touched (bare hands, no gloves) a few which I placed on the counter. I then left only to find later the two apple pies I ordered were not apple but some berry filling with creamy stuff. I took a bite but didn't care for them. Currently sitting in the drivethru line to hopefully get the apple pies I ordered. Everything about this visit was horrendous from having to come inside for my curbside order to having to return multiple times to either get missing items or the correct items. There's a lack of service, cleanliness and attention to detail. As a person who works in the service industry I understand folks can get in the weeds but if the order is going to take 15+minutes at least have it correct. I don't mind waiting for my correct order. This incorrect order after waiting for what's supposed to be "fast food" just adds insult to injury. Once this order is received/correct. I'll be sure not to return to this location. Also I tried calling before going in and nobody picks up.

We recently visited this McDonald's, and Jordan was at the drive threw. He was very manerable and patient. This is what customer service is all about. It was refreshing to see such a young man have a positive standard. Thx Jordan , your going to do great things in your life..

Strongly urge customers not to place mobile orders here. Either the manager or owner committed fraud and unethical practices: canceling mobile order and not refunding customer. Despite escalating to corporate, this store reported back they spoke to me and resolved with me directly. False. Are they not aware of something called phone records? I have screenshots of them canceling my order, creating a new fake order 2 weeks afterwards, email confirmation of my actual order and various other items of proof. Despite the $$ amount they still owe me almost 2 months later and I expect to never see, they should not be allowed to conduct business. And yes, I filed fraud complaints with the FTC, BBB, etc. This is a business who scams their customers and everyone should know it.
