A good place to pick up a meal in the Pooler area
Moe's Southwest Grill, often simply called Moe's, was founded in December 2000 in Atlanta, Georgia. The name "Moe's" stands for "Musicians, Outlaws, and Entertainers," reflecting the brand's quirky and fun-loving personality. Moe's quickly gained popularity for its fresh, made-to-order Tex-Mex fare, including burritos, tacos, quesadillas, and salads. As of 2023, Moe's operates 628 locations across 37 states. This particular location is at the end of a line of stores. It seems a busy stop and had a good deal of customers when I went there for dinner. Parking was a little challenging due to it’s corner location and the volume of traffic for the other shops in the center. The menu is along the wall on your left as you enter the line to order your food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One person takes your order, one adds extras, one prepares your plate or bag and another checks you out. The food was prepared quickly right in front of you as you move down the line. The prices were reasonable given the economy and the amount and quality of food you receive. I ordered a chicken bowl with white rice and black beans. It was very good. The drinks and salsa are across from the register. They have a good selection of food to order and drinks to include iced teas. Overall I would recommend this to any hungry travelers in area for the food quality, price and staff.

Workers weren't polite ,and i seemed like a bother.Employee saw people walking outside and said please dont come in repeatedly. Steak didn't taste fresh ,toppings were scattered in the wrong tins. For the high price you shouldn't have poor food and ignorant service

I’ve been to a few different Moe’s. The food is okay. Service is great when I’m ordering, it’s the only reason why I’ve been back. The restaurant itself tends to look quite messy.

Vegetarian options: You can order most of the menu items without meat.

Parking: Lots of spots, busy parking lot.

Do not care about there worker's. THEY ASK CUSTOMERS FOR TIPS BUT DO THE ONES DOING THE WORK GET THEM? MISSING HOURS HUMM

I am so disappointed with the service and the attitude of the person who fixed my bowl. I asked for chicken and I guess Moe’s is having a shortage on chicken because I only got what looks like two tablespoons of chicken! It’s non existent. I guess you have to pay for extra meat in order to get a regular serving now. I have never had this issue before. The guy had an attitude and just acted like he didn’t hear when I asked why I didn’t get a regular size meat portion. I will not be going to that location anymore. Chipotle gets my business from now on.

Place a Togo order for the office they packed my order with someone else’s food I called to let them know after 14 minutes of being on hold they answer say they can’t hear me and hang up. No call back or anything. Super over the whole thing!

They forgot a taco in my order, but as soon as I told the staff, they were quick to make the situation right and got my missing taco. Thank you!

I ordered Doordash our dasher called us while in the store and said that the Moes employee gave the food away and refused to make another for us. The Moes employee couldn't care less that he made a mistake and didn't want to provide any kind of information on what happened. It left me and the Doordash employee baffled by the situation. Both of us have never been in this situation with such incompatance from a restaurant. Looking at the previous review on here, it seems like this is not the first time this has happened, the employee is stealing our food

So I ordered lunch for the office, went to pick it up, get back to the office & we have no food just a bunch of bags of chips....called the store and the person who answered the phone was rude for no reason. I explained that we picked up the order but it was no food in the bag. He said "well the order was made & picked up so there's we can do, I said well I can bring the chips back because we wanted the food, he said no I can keep it. I then told him I wanted a refund because I'm not spending $79 on chips he mumbled something then said the manager wasn't available to give the refund and hung up on me. So I went to the store and the manager was nice enough to offer to remake the order & give me a full refund. I still won't order lunch for my staff from here anymore, once was enough for me.

Craig is the best employee and deserves a raise! He made my two year old smile and super happy! He gave him some extra cheese in a cup and came over and talked about cars with him. He could’ve very well stood behind the line and never said anything it’s not like he makes tips. I hope Moe’s you keep him cause he’s amazing we will definitely be back to say hey to Mr. Craig
