How do you run out of black beans....and tortilla chips? And why does every other bite I take seen like I have sand in my food? AVIOD AT ALL COST

We placed our order online, order said it would be done at 12:30. We get there at 12:30, after 10 minutes of waiting and no one acknowledging us, we were told “We haven’t made your order yet, we’re waiting for it to slow down in here.” So we asked if we could just get our receipt and get in the back of the line and wait our turn.. EVEN THOUGH OUR FOOD SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE. Once it was our turn in line, we’re told to get out of line and wait since we had a mobile order.. and then they proceed to start taking the people behind us orders. We finally got our food 30 mins after we were supposed to have it. Staff was extremely rude and very inconsiderate. That’s not how you run a business. You can stop and make people wait that are steady coming in the door so you can have all mobile orders done on time. And to top it off, our order wasn’t even made right. Don’t come here😘

Gregory was the sweetest person with everyone greeting us as soon as we come in. We always have a great interactions but tonight was extra special. Rovers on register and Rova making our meals - conversation with our daughter asking what her dolly name was was so sweet! We love our Moes!

The staff ABSOLUTELY RUDE! From the moment I walked in, I was not acknowledged and each person that worked on the shift showed no attentiveness and all shared the same bad attitude and demeanor. The staff lacked patience and empathy in helping me make a bowl which result in me leaving the location . I would not be coming back to this location.

Well, it's been a while, but unfortunately, our order was first given away 😕 After the crazy wait for a remake, our burritos were still wrong. Mine had random pickled jalapeños, no sour cream, no peppers or onions, and even a few random pieces of chicken. His was a puzzling half-and-half situation with no plain jalapeños, random tomatoes, and only half the peppers and onions. To add insult to injury, the bag was also missing the queso we paid for and the free salsas, leaving us with plain chips! :( We resorted to picking steak and random chicken pieces from the burritos to create dry, yet still spicy, sad nachos. Additionally :(( the sweet tea ,was yes pretty good, 6/10 bc warm as in NO Ice maybe just made? So not very sweet! No straws either lol
Just A genuinely disappointing return to Moe's...

I think Moes listens to their customers. Moe's is good services. I haven't had the salsa verde in a long time, but I did notice inconsistent results in quality toward its slink out of the limelight & showcase of poblano crema.
Midway in my salsa Verde lifetime, I started out thinking not to opt much liquid in the ramekin, but later saw that a salsa that looked prepared without much wasn't as tasty. I think it's the lime juice (even partly) preserving+enhancing its flavor. So I started not avoiding its juice.
But yeah, my new fav is poblano crema. Thx's🙏

Walked in with no intention to really buy in food , until i seen how hard Mathew & Q were working . They lit the whole restaurant up with Exceptional costumer service . Everybody who walked in they treated them with the up most respect & made me feel like they genuinely were happy to be there . Really made experience over the top . great food but Amazing Customer service !

I got some fresh chips and food over the weekend and I just remembered the new worker Daniel. Usually don’t leave good reviews but he stood out with how nice he was and fast.

Only got a half portion of the bowls I ordered, old stale chips, ripped chip bag, old rice, weird tasting pico, one tiny spoonful of weird tasting pinto beans, and over-salted guacamole. I don't know what they're doing here besides slapping old food together. Wouldn't recommend. Especially not from Uber eats.

The girl up front with red hair is the ABSOLUTE WORST
I wish I was kidding but my friends and I came from statesboro (which is 50 minutes away) to get a Stack because our statesboro moe’s shut down.
My friend walks in first and orders his stack. Immediately this girl gives him a dirty look that makes all of us extremely uncomfortable. She began to complain (it was annoyingly flirty) over and over again how we should’ve gone to another moe’s to order a stack.
(We just wanted our food)
THEN
I go to order and she starts telling me i STILL should’ve to another moe’s and I was trying to ignore her but she was cracking annoying jokes about how she would ruin my order because I happened to be wearing a georgia southern shirt.
Then i ordered queso and she just said “No”.
All in all the food was pretty good. But that service was probably the worst i’ve ever seen. This is my first time ever leaving a review but I thought yall had to be aware of this red headed witch.

I was overcharged but they already made my meal so I paid for it, won't be back ever again and the food was not that good, I recommend eating out of local garbage can at least you won't be overcharged for that
