This is the third time I’ve come here and the sign says open and the door is locked and no one answers the phone. I tried to order over the phone but the guy said they were packed so he couldn’t take my order. I came here and for the third time on 3 different days the door is locked and not a customer in site. It is 1:58 on a Thursday afternoon. Would love to try your cupcakes but the shop always has an open sign and locked door and no answer on the phone. Guess I’ll find somewhere else.

I appreciate the great customer service and the help they did by making my cake for my dad‘s 89th birthday. I ended up with the wrong cake. The cake was very dry and I was completely unhappy with it for the price I paid for it but I do appreciate the effort. I am a business owner, I’ve been a baker for over 20 years and I just don’t understand how that mistake could’ve been made..

Cakes are overpriced for what you will receive. There is absolutely no creativity when it comes to making these cakes. Just go to a grocery and you’ll get the same product for a cheaper price.Update: Although I was dissatisfied with the presentation of the cake it was moist and delicious. So instead of 1 Star, 3 stars are sufficient.

Polly's did an awesome job on my daughter's Mermaid theme birthday cake. The customer service was great and not only did the cake look great but it was delicious! It was very moist and flavorful. I'll be putting in another custom cake order soon for the next birthday ?
