I appreciate the great customer service and the help they did by making my cake for my dad‘s 89th birthday. I ended up with the wrong cake. The cake was very dry and I was completely unhappy with it for the price I paid for it but I do appreciate the effort. I am a business owner, I’ve been a baker for over 20 years and I just don’t understand how that mistake could’ve been made..

Cakes are overpriced for what you will receive. There is absolutely no creativity when it comes to making these cakes. Just go to a grocery and you’ll get the same product for a cheaper price.Update: Although I was dissatisfied with the presentation of the cake it was moist and delicious. So instead of 1 Star, 3 stars are sufficient.

Polly's did an awesome job on my daughter's Mermaid theme birthday cake. The customer service was great and not only did the cake look great but it was delicious! It was very moist and flavorful. I'll be putting in another custom cake order soon for the next birthday ?

Ordered a reeses peanut butter cake for my husband's bday(chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, chocolate drip and reeses pieces). I sent a picture of something and it was literally picture perfect. It was absolutely delicious. I'm not usually a chocolate cake person, but loved the combo. Thanks for helping make his day special!
