This was our second visit. The first time was outstanding this time was so very far from. While my food was good, service is everything when you’re paying to dine out. Especially when 2 meals and cocktails cost you nearly $200.. my husband’s food sat in the window while our waitress stood at the counter running her mouth until it was finally brought to our table far from hot. We watched her multiple times stand back there for about 10 mins talking. When we arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty. It did pick up and when restaurants are busy, I am understanding of slow service, but when I watch you stand around gossiping while my glass is empty, it’s unacceptable. Once we were finally able to order more drinks, they were prepared and sat at the bar for about 10 mins before being served. At that point, I was over it and the whole experience. We had to finally ask a hostess for our check. I was so happy when we found this place but tonight ruined it. We don't intend to return.

Bad food coupled with good service can be overlooked. But, as with our experience tonight, bad service ruins the experience regardless of how good the food. Very disappointed. I think they need to consider hiring additional servers with better customer service skills. 3 ppl at the front door and 2 waitresses on the floor is clearly not working. Especially with the quality wait staff they are hiring…

I called to book a reservation , they said no, walk-in only and they were available, I went there and they told me they wait time is longer than usual, but my complain is about poor customer service, they didn’t give me a chance to wait or at least try to estimate the wait time for the table.

Great spot in Pooler. It's dim and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Had the sea bass, which was delicious. I was slightly confused with the regular and sweet potato mash both on the plate. We split the spinach salad. I think it would have been pretty good, but it was very overdressed. Cocktails were tasty and the wine cards are fun.

Been here a couple times. Food is always fantastic! Last time we had to wait a little while longer than usual for our entrees but it was a busy Friday night. I'll definitely be going back. Maybe just on a slower night.

What started as a fine restaurant has gone down fast. They’ve changed chefs several times so consistency is terrible. You never know, you may get your food in 20min or 90min? They got rid of male bartender who was an expertly trained and knowledgeable about bourbons and wine. Replaced with a rude female who dresses like shes working at a hotdog stand. Add the regulars drunks who have free rein to start fights and spew vulgarities.

Great restaurant and service. The owner is really nice and is a great chef. We were a group of 4 and everything was awesome. I loved their sea bass and aged cheese. Highly recommend when you visit Savannah. The restaurant is in pooler (20 min drive from Savannah historic downtown).

Noble Roots is one of those rare places that gets it right. We go there very often for dinner or just drinks. Patrick and Kristie Hoffman are very involved and truly care about their guests. They’re always at the restaurant, checking in, chatting with tables, and making sure everyone feels welcome. They remember your name and take the time to get to know you. Pat is quick to recognize his guests and welcome you back every time.

The food is phenomenal, there’s nowhere that comes close to this food in Pooler. It’s a true scratch kitchen, and you can taste the quality and attention in every dish. Wednesday lasagna night is a favorite, and the bartenders (especially Kaitlyn!) are exceptional. Every cocktail is balanced and thoughtfully made, and the service is consistently warm and attentive.

Vibe is warm and comforting. Music is tasteful loud enough to enjoy but not too loud to have a quiet conversation. Live music on some nights draws a big crowd.

What really makes Noble Roots stand out is its sense of community. The whole staff makes you feel like family- a genuine atmosphere that makes you feel valued and appreciated every time you walk in. Pooler is lucky to have this spot — we can’t recommend it enough.

Noble Roots is an absolute gem! We dined there tonight, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The cocktails were expertly crafted, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Each sip was refreshing and unique, truly enhancing our dining experience. The meal itself was nothing short of 5-star quality. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. It was clear that high-quality ingredients were used, and each bite felt special. To cap off the evening, we indulged in dessert, which was simply delicious. It was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. The atmosphere at Noble Roots is serene and intimate, making it an ideal spot for a cozy dinner. We felt welcomed and relaxed, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. This place has quickly become our new go-to for dining out. We can’t wait to return and try more from their menu! Highly recommend!
