We were seated at a booth against the wall. We were given menus by the host. There were 5 wait staff standing about 10 feet from us chatting with each other and 1 wait staff serving à customer 2 tables from us. They all saw us however no one waited on us. No one spoke to us or offered help. After 15 minutes of Boeing ignored, we left. We ended up going to Lovezzola's in Pooler where We received excellent customer service.

An armed security officer dosent make you feel like you’re in the safest place
The bartenders seem kind of scatterbrained , nice but would rather be elsewhere

Yuck. I’ve lived near this establishment for quite a while now. They use to be pretty good. I don’t think so as much now. From service for drinks all the way to the food it was nasty. Got the steak gongazola….. whatever it’s called. It’s steak medallions mixed with Alfredo sauce plus noodles. Tell me why the steak looked like one piece of meat. Then the steak pieces would separate showing pink. The noodles were hard. And sadly they think we’re dumb. All they did was put it in the microwave to heat it up. No mixing of the meat medallions with the Alfredo sauce or nothing, extremely lazy. Oh…. And breadsticks were hard. 👎

I am in complete disbelief with this place after coming here several times this will be the LAST. I have never experienced a server just snatch a wallet when it’s right next to the customer. I had gone to pay and our waitress had sent me to their computers in order ti pay our check (hence paying with apple pay) I had set my husbands wallet right next to me and in .5 seconds it had disappeared from my sight. I knew I hadn’t pocked it up I didn’t put it in my pocket it was right next to me and in a matter of seconds gone…our server had just stood there and me being confused I had stated my husbands wallet was taken it was right next to me one of the employe helped me look while our server left to the kitchen where she came back saying “one of the servers snatched it up” excuse me?? Out of frustration I had to speak with the manager which to my disbelief she was saying that i am making a big accusation when I had told her your own server had mentioned someone just took it what do you mean I am accusing I have the right to accuse when my husbands wallet was just taken from my sight. This led to the manager stating “we train our servers if they see something lost to pick it up” excuse me but the wallet was right next to me wouldn't it be obvious for the server to have asked me or the other employees if the wallet was mines? Let alone anyones? Absolutely disappointed with the management and the lack of training.

Wait time was horrible, restaurant was not crowded. We made a reservation that was not honored at all. Staff didn’t communicate with each other on procedures. If you go to Pooler Olive Garden be prepared to wait
a while even with a reservation. The service has gone down hill. I will not be going back anytime soon or in the near future. A disappointed customer.

Don't bother joining the wait list on line . It's definitely not call ahead seating . Went on line at 5:20 & was told 35/40 miniutes. It's now 6:21 , 1 hr & still not seated. They still do not add you until you get there! Finally got seated & 10/15 minutes & no salad yet

2 Jan ‘25 2 pm. Lunchtime. Order was ready when promised. Ordered/paid for dinner portion spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, breadsticks carside to go. Received lunch portion spaghetti. Salad was fresh and delicious as was breadsticks. Spaghetti needed seasoning, salt? Tasted watery. Spaghetti wasn’t as tasty as I remember.

5 star review early ‘24. Ordered the large family lasagna, two family salads, breadsticks. Order was ready for pickup when promised. Boxed nicely and easy to carry. Two full size salad dressings were included, all the shake cheese we needed, utensils, napkins, plates, etc and I didn’t ask for all that extra so it was a nice surprise. Transaction was perfect just the way people expect when they have a takeout order.
