I can't stand the ziosks. Please corporate stop making the staff use them. They're inefficient, belong in a fast food restaurant, they mess up constantly (our bill was double rang in due to ziosk errors), and they take away from the server's time and customer interaction. Nothing more awkward than a server fumbling around at my table with a ziosk out of fear that management will get them in trouble for not using them. I was a server here 12 years ago as a teenager, and I can't believe these are still in use...
Riley is a very good waiter and has given us excellent customer service every time we go in go sit at the bar if you want to have good customer service and a good time

Aracelly is a lovely young lady with a great attitude. She kept my glass and bread basket full the whole time. She was quick and very attentive to my family and I. I will be coming back again soon!
Very good and quick service. The food, drinks and breadsticks were amazing. My server was Kelly, and she is the reason I'll be back.

Payton was an exceptional server! Polite, attentive, and down right pleasant and nice. Shrimp scampi had 3 shrimp and the asparagus was all stalks.

Everything was fine w/ our meal, until a large party was seated at a table inner us. Our waitress forgot we were there. The spinach artichoke dip was spoiled

Olive garden is my idea of a fast food restaurant. It is decent food and clean staff is usually pleasant. Super salad is always good. Like the fact that extra sauce is not an issue. Or you can change your sauces to your taste.
Last it doesn't matter whether you sit fir 2 hours or you need to eat and go.
