Open at 6am for early birds and night shift coming off work, the cook loves sugar so if you're diabetic ask a lot of questions French toast comes covered in powder sugar

I loved this place even though I had not been there for a while. I like how you can order a meal or ala carte.

I have been going here since I returned to Georgia in 2008 and was introduced to the restaurant by the former chief of police of Pooler. Lately the customer service has been awful and today was no exception. I had to ask if we were sitting in the wrong area just to get some service and the cashier was too busy on their phone to even wish me a good day when I checked out. It was treat for my granddaughter who was visiting from out of town. I am saddened to say was not the best experience for either of us.Thank Goodness the food was good, if not I would have left.
Get your act together Omelette Cafe or I am going to start driving all the way to Savannah and Richmond Hill where THEY KNOW how to treat customers 😒

If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered an egg on am english muffin and selected 'Temp egg increase,' which cost an extra $1.30. It was probably a misunderstanding on us because we thought it meant an extra egg, but i think it meant temperature increase. The english muffin was something bought from a grocery store, and the one egg had zero seasoning. No salt, no butter, nothing. Just an overcooked egg. Save yourself the money and go to McDonald's for an egg mcmuffin.

They keep adding money to the tip 2 times in a row. 1 tip was 2.50 and they took 25.00 for an 11.00 breakfast. This last time was 2.50 and they took 7.00 for them self. I set down in a booth with dishes on it waited a long time they came and cleaned the table next to me there was no one sitting at.when it was done she took the overloaded cart back to empty. Still waiting for the table to be cleaned. Very slow service.

The bathrooms are filthy. Kinda makes you wonder if the kitchen is the same way. Can you possibly clean the sinks, toilets, urinal and floors? It is pure nasty! Come on man!

I had a pretty disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitstaff seemed short-handed, and there were a lot of empty tables that hadn’t been cleaned. I noticed an older waitress who was doing double duty—cleaning tables and serving food.

The wait time wasn’t too bad, though. They took our order within 15 minutes, and the food came out another 15 minutes later.

I ordered the NY Strip (medium rare) with eggs and hashbrowns, and my friend got the fried catfish with eggs and crispy potatoes.

The catfish and eggs were really good, but the steak was a letdown. A quarter of it was medium rare, another quarter was rare, and the rest was basically raw. I didn’t feel like complaining and causing a scene since the place was already a bit chaotic, so I just left a tip for the hardworking waitress and gave her some polite feedback about the steak.

The restaurant felt disorganized, with a bunch of staff behind the registers, but they didn’t seem to be managing things very well.
