Disappointing coffee disappointing non-toasted, but warm soggy bagel and on two separate occasions, and dirty bathroom …absolutely skip this location. Long time Panera customer.

We ordered a dozen cinnamon bagels and walnut spread the Saturday before Christmas, for our Christmas morning breakfast. Paid in advance at the advice of the employees so we would be sure to have our order. Got the confirmation in my email that they would have our order ready by Noon Christmas Eve. Fast forward to Christmas eve, and we call to confirm our order was ready and were told that if we did not order that morning, our order would not be honored, regardless of whether we had already paid or not. No, I'm sorry, no we will try to make up for the inconvenience...... Just too bad, so sad we have already run out, we canceled your order. if they had just said, it's first come first served it would have been no big deal. HORRIBLE customer service.... will never go back.

Hello!! I recently ate at the Panera Bread in Pooler with my family. I must say that the French Dipper is such a good deal!! I also enjoyed the atmosphere and cozy environment. But on top of everything, the manager, Mckenzee, was exceptional!! She greeted me with the biggest smile and took my order with pure kindness! This kinda service is not what I expect when I go into a place so it was a breath of fresh air to go into this Panera! 10/10 WILL be back!!!!

I ordered autumn squash soup, tuna salad sandwich and a lime bubbly through a mobile order. Literally the only thing right about my order was the soup. I was given a chicken salad sandwich and a sprite. Not really sure how you mess up a mobile order when you have 20+ minutes to make it…I called to let them know because I am not able to drive all the way back tonight just to get what I ordered the first time. They offered to remake it between now and this week. Unfortunately Im in town for just a couple days as I dont even live here. Very Disappointed…according to other reviews this is a common occurrence do better.

Bought a whole ciabatta and there was hardly any meat on the sandwich- called and spoke to the manager when I got home and she said I could bring it back up there was nothing else she could do. You just lost a weekly customer… Customer service was awful- she could have offered to comp on the next visit…. But did nothing- I am calling corporate as well

Very rude manager, I got bunch of stuff including chocolate croissants. When I took a bite I went back and asked if it was from yesterday. They said, it is from today but it was a mistake they didn’t proof the dough right. They asked if I want refund. I forgot my refund and trashed the croissant. Then I went back I saw all the croissants are still on the shelf for sale. I said it is not right to sell these to customer, it will damage the brand trust. She was like crazy, she started tell me everybody’s opinion is different, may be others like it, etc. she kept asking me if I got my refund and try to tell me shout up we fixed your problem. I told her okay I was here and tried to eat here then figured out it want right and got my refund, how about other people who cannot come back because they got it to go or drive thru. She was still try to tell of if I got my refund rudely, I asked if I can see her manager, she said she is the manager, I thought her name was Mackenzie, she was bad. She shouldn’t be there at all. Also we got Mediterranean sandwich as usual, all of them lack of taste which I always get other branches, and love it. This time it wasn’t right at all. Little hummus and sprinkle of feta in the sandwich

I had such a lovely experience at this restaurant! The girl at the counter was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the store manager was just as friendly. Even though we arrived almost at closing time, they still took our order with a smile. The sandwich was damn good & served hot, fresh, and super tasty! All the staff were super cool and created such a positive vibe.

Their food is terrible, and the service is absolutely awful. I ordered food and waited at my table, but I never heard my name called. When I asked them where my food was, they pointed to a to-go bag and said it was there. I never said I wanted it to go, and I asked why they didn’t call out when the food was ready. They claimed they called my name three times, but none of the people in my group heard it. It’s their responsibility to call loudly enough so customers can hear. Instead, they arrogantly and aggressively asked, “What’s your problem?” without even offering an apology.
This was my second time visiting this place, and now I understand why it’s always empty. It was a truly horrible experience that completely ruined my day. I deeply regret leaving a tip. If you ever have to visit this place, I highly recommend not even thinking about tipping.

They messed up on my order and got angry at me. The manager was rude. She yelled at me and didn’t listen to me when I let her know the issue. I will never go there ever again. Don’t go there bad service and rude staff. I’ve tried it few times and they mess up and get angry with the customers. Very disappointed.

I had bad experience 3 times and today was the worst. The staff and the “general manager was nasty to me huffing. I called because I heard them being rude to my husband and then the manager was doing the same thing to me on the phone. She claim to be the general manager. She ruined my day, Im very sick and just wanted soup and she was being so rude telling me “are you done” after I explain story instead of apologizing for our bad experience. I will be reporting them to HR for bad customer service.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Initially, I was given the wrong order, which I politely returned. We then received what appeared to be the correct order, as the tag matched what we had requested. However, when I got home, I discovered that two of the sandwiches were incorrect and the chips were missing.
Despite the label being accurate, the contents of the order were wrong. I didn’t have time to return and get it corrected, as I was already running late. Had I gone back, it would have been the third time the order needed to be fixed.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I only ended up receiving half of the meal I ordered.
