Second time ordering. There's only one Cobb salad. Mine arrived without avocado, no chicken when I wanted no cheese and no dressing. I did get dressing though.

Ordered two soups and two sandwiches. When they arrived neither sandwich were the right ones and the soups had more liquid then meat and noodles... this whole place is straight trash! Would not order from there again. Definitely a waste of money

I wanted to take a moment to commend the outstanding teamwork and customer service I experienced at your location today. I stopped by late in the evening and noticed that the lobby was very busy with a long line of customers waiting. Despite the high demand, your team handled the situation remarkably well.
One team member, in particular, stood out to me. Although she was initially working the drive-thru, she stepped up to help out in the lobby by taking orders. I believe her name was Abigail. Her proactive approach and willingness to assist where needed exemplified excellent customer service and teamwork.
Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. It was fresh and neatly prepared, which is becoming increasingly rare in the fast food industry.

What happened to Panera? Although the food is still good, their prices have gone up and the amount of food you get has gone down. I recently came to this location and everything is half empty. (See photos attached) Probably won’t probably be going there anytime soon! 😕

Visited this location on our drive back home & they exceeded our expectations! My wife even said she’s now going to have to drive 2 & 1/2 hours to specifically come to this Panera because this was the best experience at a Panera. The staff was so kind, they took pride in their work, location was clean, and the food was fresh!
Not sure what is going on with this location. My turkey sandwich had one piece of turkey and one bacon strip. The BBQ chicken sandwhiches the bread was really hard. Usually panera has good food but tonight it was not good at all. Also so many items were out of stock at 6:30 pm when trying to order online. Baguettes, family feast, soups, cookies, etc. When we went to get the order they informed us the broccoli soup was out of stock too so that had to be changed there. Super disappointed tonight with the food quality and available items. I emailed corporate as well. Hopefully this can be corrected before other customers get the same lack luster food quality.
Update: customer care has reached out and offered a solution, I will upgrade stars from 1 to 4 since they were very prompt in response and correcting the issue.

Rude staff Online order was not ready at time committed. Staff reported that it was to online system. Soup container less than half full Sandwich made with stale bread. Half of contents were not in sandwich. Apple bruised and inedible
Panera needs to clean house of all employees. Manager needs to be fired for allowing such poor service and food.
