I love this place but it seems lately when I come to different spots. It is on friendly and unwelcoming. The food is always good, but it's always the person at the cash register. That gives me some kind of nonfriendly attitude. When they get to me. So I do believe this will be the last time. I come here also the tables all around are dirty. The windows of dirty the bathroom was dirty. Yeah, not a good place, no more.

When I go to Panera Bread, I expect a nice calm atmosphere where I can just simply order and sandwich and sit down to eat. But nope, not here. When my girlfriend tried to order a sandwich, the lady up from decided to say she was trying to steal the sandwich? Then she started to yell at her when she tried to resolve the problem and explain that she wasn’t stealing. Having employees like this will drive your costumers away and make people not want to go, I for one will not be going back there any time soon. She was the rudest employee and barely did her job right, she ruined our time and made my girlfriend cry, she should be ashamed of her actions and do better.

Pleasant surprise! We've visited the Hilton Head location several times and had passable meals. Today was lovely. Hot sandwiches full of flavor, chilled salad, 4 delicious chocolate cheesecake bites.. and some amazing strawberry basil Fresca! Friendly service, clean environment and smiles all around. Great quality food and customer service. The young lady at the register this morning at 8am was on top of it ready to help with everything and beyond, available and thorough. We really felt cared for as my family and I stopped by on our road trip. I thought the games and dog bowls outside were so cute and inviting too.

Great breakfast sandwiches. My wife’s was a little dry but overall real good. Surprisingly good coffee. AWFUL manager. How about not being accusatory toward customers whose simple drink order was blown. It’s just coffee and tea… Oh, and cleaning the dining area.

Had to call corporate so they could let franchise owner know how unprofessional and lazy their staff is, how dirty the place was, even after letting Mgr know most of the tables and chairs needed wiped off and stuff picked up off floor. Poor attitudes all around. Food tasted okay, but smaller portions compared to other Paneras. More training? New staff? Better attitudes for sure.
