Looks like this store continues terrible customer service. After an hour we received a notice from papa John’s that the order has been cancelled. After calling store 6 times with no answer I go to the store to be told by the “manager” that she will not do a refund due to it being sent out. Why did I get a cancellation notification. the only thing right on our $40 order was the bread sticks.
if you can't answer your phone at work, I'll just blast your inability to make food or keep your hair out of it
what was wrong:
-HAIR IN PIZZA under a pepperoni!!)
-pizza not cooked all the way not to mention
we ask well done.
-no cheese on crust as per special
-PIZZA NOT CUT, not even once.

The ordering service over the phone is HORRIBLE. The guy doesn’t speak English well, doesn’t listen and always tried to sell you crap you do not want. After wasting my time, he said he couldn’t place my order unless I paid upfront with a card. Needless to say we refused and ordered Marcos.
This location needs to be closed!!
