They straight up delivered the wrong order and then I have called 18 times and been transfered twice and I still cannot get anyone to answer I am charging back money back to my card thanks for ruining my valentines day with my wife NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE JUST USE DOORDASH YOULL GET YOUR **** BACK FASTER. <3

My sad I significant other ordered me a pizza today suppose to have been ready at 6:37-6:45 arrive and the order was never prepared on arrivsal all staff stared at me like I was crazy , didn’t leave until 740 and dough isn’t done . Worse location ever .

Extremely terrible customer service. I am unsure of how you lose my order and had the nerve to tell me in my face that I had to be extremely specific with my order and you couldn’t use some common sense to identify my order? And still had the nerve to serve me cold pizza when you were remaking my order. Wouldn’t recommend

Papa John's used to be the number one pizza joint for me but as of tonight I got a bad Pizza that tasted like cardboard with flavoring and I got it delivered because my car is in the shop at the moment or else I'd be up there so I called and spoke with I guess the manager and i told him about the situation which was the worst experience I've ever had in my Papa John's history in all he did was hang up in my face and every time I call won't answer the phone so it's probably best I didn't go up there cuz I'd end up yanking him across the counter and your service sucks very bad for customer service everything

Terrible customer service from a girl at the counter, she seem to be about 18 to 19 years old, looks either Hispanic or light skin African American, she has this face and attitude like she doesn't want to be working there every time I see her. Today Friday December 6 during night shift on went to pick up my order and had to tell her two to three times my name, even when the guy in the back said the order was ready and she heard him I asked her and she kept ignoring me until she felt like it. Will be going to a different pizzeria from now on.

I haven't been to Papa John's in 5 years but it's New Years Eve and I didn't want to cook but should have. I got 4 medium one topping pizzas. I remember the sauce being sweet. No wonder it's been 5 years cuz the pizza I ordered didn't taste anything like I remembered. A complete sellout and must have changed perfection to, I don't care anymore slogan . The pepperoni was like chewing on leather and the sauce came from a bland spaghetti sauce. The 2 franchises that should be ashamed of themselves are Papa John's and Zaxby's. Never will I pay for a pizza from a place that doesn't give care about customer loyalty. I'm done.

Entered this location this evening , Dec. 8. Upon arrival a female manager didn’t even lift her head to greet myself or the following guest behind me. Next, I was the next guest in line but was placed behind two guest that came in after me bc they had already placed an order so therefore I had to wait. Third, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAD ON A HAIR NET.! Not one. 6 people had hair below their shoulders two with full beards). And the final straw was, from tossing the dough, to placing the ingredients on the pizza , to the cutting table NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAD ON GLOVES. One guy was touching his glasses, one had on an Apple Watch and the girl at the table was touching everything surrounding her. I’ve always been a delivery customer but after seeing how unsanitary this place was tonight, I will not return.

If I could give a negative 0 I would. I ordered food for my employee was suppose to be at the location at 4pm. We closed at 9pm and my food was still not here. They would not answer the phone and I tried all note. They charged my card so I am reporting them to better business bureau. This is not how you run a business

We ordered a pizza for Pick up online. When my husband arrived, the person at the front counter was standing around with a few other people in the store. My husband could see our order was sitting on the rack and asked if he could please hand it to him since it was already paid for. Individual response was to say “can’t you see I’m working?” At that point, my husband left the store and called me because he was too angry to go back in and asked me to cancel the order. I attempted to call the store and cancel the order or speak to a manager twice and the phone just kept ringing until it disconnected me both times.

Absolutely the worst Papa John’s on the planet. DO NOT schedule your pizza delivery from here. Your order literally gets put at the bottom of the list and made after all the other orders which request ASAP delivery. So there’s no point in scheduling your order. This is straight from the mouth of an employee. I consistently get cold pizza well past the stated delivery window. Never again!

Ordered pizza before 5pm for delivery to be delivered at 7:15. It’s now after 8:15 and still no pizza. Tried calling the store to check on status, no answer. It rings and then it hangs up. Will never order pizza from this Papa Johns location again and suggest others shouldn’t either. For courtesy, they could have at least called and said they couldn’t fulfill order. Needs new management. Ended up making PB&J for the kids instead. We will be contacting my credit card company to cancel charge.

We evacuated and ordered food. We were already prepared for a delay. Sure enough we got the notification that our food was delayed. No problem. Another hour and a half goes by, no communication. I called for them to tell me they only have 2 drivers and my food has been sitting for awhile. I called before I ordered and asked if they were honoring online orders for delivery. The person who answered said yes. THAT was the time to tell me your order may be delayed bc we only have 2 drivers. Again, I already knew there could possibly be delays due to an overwhelming amount of orders. Not bc they only have 2 drivers and could have let me know that when I called so I could have picked up my COLD pizza.

Didnt get what i ordered we ordered a black olive and cup pepperoni large and what they sent was a medium and almost no toppings and the wrong pepperoni 9 slices of olives is not acceptable..like what gives and when you go to call for the manager number it rings 6 times then someone hangs up this location is just plain terrible for customer service. Nor do I appreciate being hung up on That's just plain rude and non-professional.
