Amazing I go to leave a review on how unprofessional the manager Christina is and her store reviews reflect exact hat I just experienced!! They never delivered our food blaming doordash which WE DIDNT CALL THEY DID !! Then said we would have to call doordash .
Now let me explain i am in management and the store manager some country boy and the manager Christina who was verbally unprofessional and abrasive should no longer work for this business !!!!

Disgusting and disappointed! Spent 70$ on pizza order was ALL wrong nobody answered the phone to assist me and fix the area. Food was COLD AND WRONG i’m so pissed this is unacceptable as a business. Won’t be wasting anymore money here

One of the worse pizzas I’ve ever had. Very little of the topics and the sauces I ordered were not included. They should close.

This place should not be franchised and deserves to be shut down. Very disrespectful and rude. Order was ready via tracker and was told it wasn’t. This dude here deserves all the bad.

From my experience, the pizza has always been good anytime I have any details to add. They always go through with it & don’t mess it up. Both guys at night I meet all the time when I order are wonderful and very friendly.

The pizza is alright. It was my first time trying garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and I had a horrible experience. Perhaps they aren't that good generally, but they had very little sauce. Never again will I get that.

Papa Johns out source everything from delivery to placing orders. It's so bad the store won't even answer the phone because why bother. So know when you make an order it's a gamble. Because if there's a mistake or you never get the order too bad. The company placing orders even gave me a fake number to some foot therapy when I asked who do I call if I can't get in contact with anybody since the store isn't answering the phone.

I love Papa John's pizza, so I'm biased about the taste. But they made the thin crust perfectly crunchy and delicious. I got there a little early (5-10 min. ) to pick up my pizza, I let them know there was no rush, but it just felt really awkward and uninviting. There was nowhere to sit, and the person at the register barely acknowledged me. They didn't even say hi they just looked at me and waited for me to tell them why I was there.

Be VERY CAUTIOUS!!

Got the marinara sauce to dip for the pizza.. it was MOLDY AND SMELLED LIKE RED WINE.. Ended up throwing out the whole pizza, who knows what else is contaminated in there.

They are working hard and were short staffed but food safety should be #1 priority.

The marinara sauce seems to be the only sauce packaged by the store on site, everything else is shipped in in sealed containers.

Very unfortunate, probably just got turned off from this location due to FOOD SAFETY issues.

Ya'll got some guy behind the counter at 5pm on 7/13/25 raising hell about his job and telling his coworkers to shut the hell up. (White male with a beard and a camo hat). He seems a little unstable.

Ordered delivery at 7pm through the app. Said it was in “prepared” stage for over 30 minutes. Then at 8pm, it was changed to a DoorDash delivery. Received our cold, 2 hr old pizza at 9:30.
